When you click on the link in your description and scroll down to the bottom it tells you how to unlock the speed. It says Set your desired speed limit value. What can you set it to? What is the max speed using throttle only and can you gohst ride up to 28mph?
Very tempted between this and meelod 300max... although that doesn't currently ship to UK.....I see you are from my part of the world in Poole..... only thing I'm a bit concerned about is the attention these bikes may attract from the authorities....what's your experience on that front?
you state it goes 35mph with both motors on, i looked at another review on the q20 48v 20ah 1000w, and they say it will go 33mph with the single motor on the rear, the price difference is 400 pound, the only real difference between the q20 and q20 pro is the extra battery and motor, but is it needed
can the motors be used seperately to go a further distance, did look at another review stating if the front motor is on on its own, the lights and horn won't work
Sorry I was just looking into the answer for you ...when you turn the key /ignition off the bike will not start ...but the batteries still have independent on off switches Cheers mark
I'm not sure how you can say this is excellent when you cant select up / down on the power assist. Thats a terrible design miss. You can't buy this bike for this reason. You need to be able to go up down on the assist not be forced to go through all of them.

That would be a very stupid reason not to buy this bike. Name me one other bike in this price range that has a 500W motor, battery this size, hydraulic brakes, app connection, usb port, brake light, ... One minor inconvenience against all these advantages?

nice !! I would love Engwe to do a 52v version of this, with hydraulic brakes, indicators. We are about to take delivery of the engine pro 2.0 but these step throughs are very cool.
Hi mark, i also bought this m20 in black color 5 months back, this ebike is powerful but there are 2 big flaws in it "Rear shock absorber" which is soo stiff and the mechanical disc brakes which i think it's not good according to the power of this ebike.
It's a big grey area ....if you keep it limited to 15 mph then it's kind of legal ? I know it's 750 w plus but legal Bosch motors can peak at 700 w I've been riding these for years no problems Best wishes mark
@_Nothsa im on few facebook pages for this scooter and people drove it 3000+km for 2 years and it did not failed. Some of the components had to be replaced but nothing special or it were replaced on warranty.
Does it have the Regen feature of the first version i cant find anywhere if it has it, perhaps they dropped it as you get a torque sensor as there is ony £30 price difference between the 2
Must be an upgraded model or are they all like that "there",I´m in Sweden and have this G3 but have the headlights in the board,no horn and no indicators and also different folding...strange :) Different menu too...Think it´s ordinary breaks to,not that kind that recharge the battery? 2 years old is it.

Hi Paul it's just a trial channel to see if I can just make one for electric things 😄 I'm not sure on these if you can disable in the menu ....might be easier if you want just to unplug and remove it ....I've had throttles on e bikes for years with no problems Cheers mark
