My wall is very stick and I keep on getting dirt on the wall because of it. How do I remove the stickyness?

This is great and helpful, but it's about 100 miles an hour way too fast! You need to take your time, and go more slowly when you explain something so detailed. Fortunately, I can pause this every 10 seconds so I can actually see what you are doing. Thanks.
