Downstairs loo is an absolute must for me! Also since 1991 (I think) it is a legal requirement for all new build homes to have one. Also it does save visitors tramping upstairs to use the loo. Think you could end up finding it a most useful addition. Enjoy your new home!
Hi Kaitlyn. George Home does a really lovely, great quality bobbin side table for £25. I got it in pink because it suited a bedroom but have noticed they now have it in a new shade of soft beige. Thought you might be interested.
