I really like the idea of using natural materials but I think the tree is a little bare - it lacks body. What I do is use wood glue to attach clumps of dyed artificial sponge to the bare branches, allow this to dry and then add the leaves.
I wish "people" gere on RU-vid, could realised the quality of your work, so that you could have more subscribers, and income to do more vídeos, of you naval modeling builds
Thank you, great and simple! How did you get the stone texture in the foam base before punching out the stones? i.e. I can see the foam isn't smooth like it would be when you buy it. Does this type of foam stay textured if you e.g. press stones against it, or would it swell back to smooth after a while?
@@ep9415 What fucking instructions? There's no info in the video or the description about that, or even exactly what type of foam it is. But, for any non-dipshits reading this: it appears to be so called xps foam and after getting hold of some, I can say that it does hold the texture rather well after e.g. pressing something rough against it, like a stone or a ball of owen foil.
