There is a book called "the family that couldn't sleep: a medical mystery". A true story of an italian family with insomnia genetic disorder. After 3 weeks streight of non sleeping, they get something similar to mad cow disease, then die.
I wonder what effect emfs have on a person if they have trace metals ( eg aluminium) in the tissues / brain . Obviously metals conduct electricity and some people ( particularly those with Autism / ADHD ) tend to not be able to excrete metals properly . Combine that with a Bluetooth hearing aid or similar ..
Microwave oven do emit radiation, but it's a non-ionizing radiation (does cause damage to DNA by messing up electrons in atoms), same as radio waves, infrared and visible light.
I'm sorry if i missed it but as a genuine question. How am i supposed to know when MY specific window is to get that big bonus of growth hormone release. Ig everyone has a different window or maybe everyone's window is 10? Or is it that if i sleep at say 12 exactly for the next 2-3 months then my brain automatically sets 12 am as my window and i'm supposed to sleep at that specific window to get MY biggest bonus of growth hormone throughout the day
I deleted instagram 6 months ago, I only have RU-vid and Facebook now and I’m happy with that as I don’t find them the same depending on what you look at It’s definitely helped my mental health and just detaching from toxic people and habits. Trying to impress people that don’t care what you do either way, nobody is waiting for your next post or story if it’s there they’re will view it but they won’t miss it if it’s not so live your life in the real world and I now view instagram as a app I just don’t need on my phone so it’s deleted

What is the effect of both? Have there been study on the confounding effects? If one just get praise for trying, then there psychological aim to actually finish and achieve the goal. There must be a trade off between rewarding an achieved goal vs rewarding the act of trying.
I am about to retire, I'm not looking for another job. I want something better. Something that gives me a reason to get out of bed without the requirement of being on a time table.
It feels like a death sentence finally realizing what I have at 30. But finally a chance to get the medication I need. Definitely on the long cycles personally. Trying my whole life to stay off booze, and could only last up to months at a time before finally succumbing to the one or two weeks of low, where nobody wanted to be around me and I was just trying to throw everything away for no reason. Of course the relapses only made things much worse as you get launched into mania.
He just talks a lot about deep work because he is a writer. It doesn't apply to everything. Context-switching is most tech founders, high growth startups do. He is just talking from a perspective of being a writer.
It’s a habit… I quit without watch any video. All you need is something to replace it with. I replaced my bad habits with carrot. Every time when I need a smoke I start chewing on carrots. Took me a few weeks all craving are gone.
Question for how long do these mouthwashes inhibit nitric oxide production. Ive seen that simply rinsing with water reduces nitric oxide for a while as well.
Is it safe to say that the deep feelings kids, that don’t get this treatment talked about, end up becoming the toxic people later on? 🤔 Cause it would really make sense, having listened to this conversation.
Generalizing water intake may not a be a good thing. I think the differences in water is too important to overlook. Some water has 10-30 TDS some have 300+ TDS some has low PH and others have high... Drink to much Atlanta Water you'll have one problem and drink to much south Fla water you'll have another. Ps testing water after adding H2 tabs in Atlanta water result in ph below 5 according to test strips. I have more questions than answers but I do appreciate the video
