We did in the fall and we lost way too many fish when the boards released. I'd rather just bring them over. We ran one side releasing and one side not last fall and lost fish was much greater on the side that released.
I have OR18 releases and prefer not to trip them myself. We have set them up both ways and in the fall with big fish I'd rather they didn't trip. Seem to lose a lot less fish that way.
How deep was this? I'm going this morning in a few hours until that hail storm comes, then moving to the river, I just wanna catch sum eyes. Good video
You wasted my life nothing happened she did fine you should see the crazy shit that happens on the lakes around me You guys would be commenting all day
It took me awhile but it was worth driving over to your place and forcing you to watch a video I only uploaded to send to a couple of buddies. Ha, I really got you good though!!
If you wanna learn how to go over wakes and big waves, go spend a weekend on the lake of the Ozarks during a holiday weekend. You’ll either be wrecked or a pro by the end of that weekend. It’s an absolute madhouse. Growing up on the lake, I learned quick.
It was her first time ever driving the boat. We boat on lake Huron and Lake Michigan. She's been in plenty of waves as a passenger. She drove through plenty of wave in Lake Michigan last summer and did great.
It’s about time someone posts more Yarcraft videos on the water, I appreciate the content man! My 219 is ordered but I still have a bit of a wait. Looks like it handled that rough water well.
You will love it. I was disappointed with the lack of content of the 219's too. Hopefully get some more up. Boat does great in the rough for it's size.
No fish is worth the risk you took, your lucky the wind and storm was from the south, had the storm come from the NW or NE they might well still be searching for your bodies ! I was born and raised on Saginaw Bay and have seen just how fast it can go from calm to ten foot waves in mere minutes. With today's technology you should never get caught in a storm and no fish is worth your life !
