Great process but with all the automation I couldn't help but be perplexed by such a labor intensive beginning to the process. Even using a plasma cutter would have seemed better or some more automation

For Everyone of you who thinks they're poor people or poor Countries, I'm just want Clear one thing, that is Not poor people the owners of in this jobs they don't Recommends Safety Gears to there Labours and dont spending Money for Safety Equipment and gears, Also they've Lacks of Knowledge and Education, they've not Knowledge About Safety Gears they only Trained for work only. Anyway your point and Suggestion are First Priority, but they've not Knowledge about all.
Process can be more easy with very small and cheap modification like conveyer belts but I have no idea why they work like this. Conveyer belt should not be valuable than these mans health.
