So happy I've found your channel. I love how clearly you explain the stitches and construction of the garment. The forked slip stitch is new to me too so I'm looking forward to making this, it's lovely, thank you.
Thank you for this pattern. Finished my sweater/jumper today (9/27/24)...started a week ago. I used DC but followed all of your steps. It came out lovely. Color: All Dark Purple/Amethyst with just one lavender and one charcoal grey stripe together (2 rows each only) on the bottom front panel about 6 rows above the ribbing. The ribbed neck, I made it charcoal grey. Just lovely. My first sweater. I made a few errors in counting and had to frog some as I worked on the panels. Glad I did! Looking forward to wearing it during the winter months. Thanks again.
Just finished this cardigan and it’s my favorite!! Fits soo nice and is so comfy and cute! Super easy to follow patter! Thank you so much for the amazing tutorial! I’ll have to make another haha- I used over 2 jumbo Caron skeins about 1200 yds I’d say
It looks very good! But there is one thing, i just don't understand: why aren't you working more stitches from the beginning, instead you work the much more complicate way with skip one stitch, work a SC, work in the skipped stitch .... I don't get it!
Hello Carrie, I just wanted to say I just finished crocheting one of your cardigans and it looks really nice, it was my first sweater ever to make and I really like the way you explained the pattern thank you so much. Next I’m going to make the sweater vest for my mother.
This was so lovely to make I really enjoyed it and your teaching was perfect I followed along no problems even though I am still rather new to crochet. Ty for making this vid for us
Hi Carrie! Would love to make this. Saw the sizing chart on your blog - how do we customise for a 34-36in bust please? Do we just make fewer rows for the width, and same for the sleeves? Would be super helpful if you can get back to me, I'd appreciate that so much. Thank you!
I’m in the middle of making this beautiful cardigan and my back panel is 20inches but doesn’t seem long enough to cover a back, do you block this before sewing it together?
