This is pure gold! The previous owners of my ezy trail van were never told this and unfortunately butchered the door mechanism fighting with it. Theres alot of moving parts inside those security door locks and they’re. Pure torture to repair. Buyers should be trained carefully on them prior to pick up👍
Literally trapped inside a door right now. Cannot open it from inside. Such a safety hazard! Back to google to try and find how to get out. Glad there isn’t a fire I’m escaping from.

Hybrid is a mixture of things, like chocolate and milk, combined you have chocolate milk, the word Hybrid has been used in the caravan industry for certain types of vans but the term can be used for almost any van, electric and gas= Hybrid, people are being conned to spend big on these " Hybrid " vans don't be fooled buy for future use as well
There are a huge number of these hybrid campers on the market now and I have checked out plenty on the road (not southern cross),and have been less than impressed by the build quality and terrible dust ingress. Can I ask what sets your product apart from all the test, before I head down to cockburn?
Thanks John - well Ben and Denis have be working hard with our factory to improve all aspects of these Hybrids. We have an extremely good team to help with any problems which can arise and fix future builds quickly. Yes dust ingress can be a concern and sometimes it can happen. @@southerncrosscaravansare these chassis Chinese made and assembled in Australia? In the vids I can zoom in on the welding on the drawbars is shocking, grinder marks, wobbly welds and always stop/start welding leaving gaps.
11ft has much less poles and no zips on annex walls. I wonder how the front wall gets attached to go around fridge comparment - as there are no poles for that side...
exactly the same kitchen as at least 5 others on the market, are you saying you manufacture the chassis and shell in your factory or you just fit out the Chinese bought bodies in your factory in WA?
Our caravans are fully manufactured overseas in China. We don't hide the fact. These are built to our specifications and requirements and have so for over 12 years now. You are more than welcome to visit us here in Cockburn Central where we can show you the quality PLUS explain what else we do when they get here.
Well here we do - the TARE weight is 1980kg, ATM 2700kg and a ball weight of 175kg. If you want something light then check out the 11ft which is only 1740kg.
