I have a hp 2842e printer. It indicates no paper, but there keep paper. BTW- what a cheezy paper backstand! Could it be a possible paper jam? How to check for tbis? Help PLEASE! Thanks!
indicates no paper buit there paper ready, maybe problem not take paper try you clean the rubber roller inside use alcohol and any brush tooth brush use no problem, common problem is not take paper because of dust
in the nozzle check you will see if there are missing dots dot points in the six colors, that means that is the problem color that has a blockage so it needs to be cleaned

A family friend of mine recently gave me her old HP Photosmart C6380 back in June. It was working from 2 to 3 weeks since I used it mostly for scanning. Later, I was getting error messages about the cartridges not working in place. I removed the five cartridges and the detachable cartridge holder. Once I did all that, it stopped moving. All I keep getting is one orange light and three other green lights.
@@jaytechpinoychannel Unfortunately, I have getting one orange light on next to the magnifier button and three other green lights. Print Photos, Red Eye Removal, and Power have the green lights.

I've seen other videos but yours is much easier and more enlightening. But I chose to turn the rubber by placing the inner part outside. it's working perfectly. Thank you, from Portugal
I was about to throw this printer away and get another one...this was great! It work perfectly, your step by step guide was amazing...thank you so much!
