Every bartender should watch this, I'm one in training and my teacher Mr. Brown taught us the sweetest sound to anyone's ear is their own name, he aloso taught us to have a tiny book on hand and write down small details about people to help remember their names, thanks for reinforcing this lesson.
I remember going out and getting this because I wanted to recreate a cocktail I had in Seattle. It was a variation on a rye Manhattan that had creme de mure and Montenegro in it.
GORGE!!! Great video!! I love Absinthe, so you know I have to try this!!! I had a cocktail called the "Shirley Manson", which I found on IG. I'll have to send it to you. An awesome sipper!!! CHEERS!!!
My local liquor store has such a great selection of rum and reasonably priced compared to whiskey. I picked this up for 19.99, and while there are others to consider, this really hits above its price tag. The sugars added dont even bother me 😂 Has a lovely sipping quality, don't really need to change much. Maybe a cocktail, but this is so enjoyable to go to neat as a "session sipper". Aka its dangerous and can drink it all day long
@@LetsTalkDrinks I've seen it on shelf there, but am yet to try it. Last time I visited I tried the Plantation 2004 Peru and the Watson's demerara rum.
I can happily let you know i tried it last Friday, its quite delicious! I found it to have more going on in it and a better experience then Flor 12yr. I havent gotten to try it in a old fashioned yet. But I was quite impressed with it. Thanks for recommending it.

I tend to dry shake any cocktail with egg white/subsitute, then add ice and shake once again following a double strain, gives it a really nice froth. Try it out sometime, wonderful cocktail btw !
As a young amateur drinker, I find this whiskey easy to drink, I didn’t think I liked whiskey because of the strong distinct taste, but I found this had little resemblance to crown or jack. Spicy on the tongue and doesn’t burn on the way down. Overall i think it’s pretty good, but not gonna be a favorite
