Hi Amanda, as someone who has struggled with hormonal issues and skin issues at the same time I would suggest you cut out oat milk especially the one I saw you consume. That milk has inflammatory oils that won’t help. A more acne safe milk option is Cashew Malk makes a very clean cashew milk option and it’s acne friendly. The milk is smooth and sweet and in my opinion a lot better than oat milk. Also combucha is usually sweetened with stevia if your skin is acting out and your having hormonal issues the sweetners can only trigger. Idk if you’re working with a naturopathic Dr but some will usually suggest you cut it out my naturopathic suggested it for me and I saw a lot of improvement.
