bro connect +ve terminal from l298 to vin of IN219 and IN219 - terminal to motor positive & connect -ve terminal from l298 to motor -ve so it will show the current drawn by the motor

bro as per the data sheet this sensor may sense only up to 36v only so use voltage divider network for measuring the voltage and for current use shunt resistors so that u can measure high current(in your case approx 100A)
