I create videos showing projects that I think are helpful, or just to highlight cool projects, or to provide product reviews. Tune in for engineering, woodworking, cnc routing, 3d printing, and tractor related videos.
Thanks very much for the video, have one question regards the front wheel drives. Did you drain and change that oil as well when you did the main hydraulic system? Cheers
@janetfalconer5230 I did not. The manual recommends doing it at 400hrs, I only have 200 on mine. Really, the only reason why I did the hydraulic fluid when I did was because my system was leaking, and I needed to change the couplers on my 3rd function. That said, if you are actually at 400, it is recommended that you do the front axle oil.
Have been look at ROPS on line and was starting to look at doing the 3D printing myself. Just a few questions. Have you had any issues with shrinkage, separation or deformation from the sun over time? Did you go with a 100% fill when printing to make a bit more solid? Lastly what is the possibility of getting the Fusion 360 file? I would do a couple modifications, add a 3rd set of lights pointing sideways with the cable track. Other than that nice job...
Thank you very much! The owners manual does a poor job of pointing out the drain points (they only call out two points). This video was an Amazing help!
Good instructional video and clean install. I just purchased an LS MT225HE and I'm trying to sort out a work light solution. Going to use the good ol square u bolts to start but plan on a 3d printed solution in the long term. My fusion 360 skills are lacking so I know it'll be weeks of prototyping. Hope to see more videos from you. Subscribed.
Nice job, personally i would hava added some additional radius on the printed parts but that is jusy my preference as i dont like sharp corners, nicely done sir
Oh I'm the same way. If you check the drawings, I don't believe I left any sharp corners on them. It may not be apparent in the video. If I missed something let me know. Thanks for watching.
