Zeelander’s journey started in 2002 when founder Sietse Koopmans set out on a mission to find the perfect day boat. One that represented the most refined form of taste and the art of living - but was also free of any noise and vibration.
Disappointed with the imagination of the market, Sietse poured his energy into making his vision a reality. Five years were invested in his relentless pursuit of perfection. Everything had to be curved, silent and with an exceptionally comfortable ride. In 2008, the Zeelander Z44 was born. And so a legacy of excellence began.

Best promo I’ve seen yet… on my favorite brand by far. My only hang up with them is the Volvo penta. I live in a country without a Volvo dealer so I cannot get service on the engines. I just had to take a brand new Volvo penta out of another boat for the same reason. Just wish they offered more options for power. Much prefer jet drives too. But this is my dream boat still. 🥰🥰

Well sir, you may be proud about your boat wich this level of quality. To be honest, I like Italian design like Azimut, maybe also some Princess boats. The slick fast modern design. But sometimes also a bit "cold" interior. I saw Zeelander and Elling and these Dutch builders combine design and quality at a level far above most yacht builders. These boats show warm, feeling at home, are practical and I believe you won't here cracks at high speed etc. Just impossible with this building quality. In fact its just another level. The Dutch for ages are most specialized in yacht building. The word is even Dutch. Also the stability and handling providing top comfort are unique. I slowly changed my preference because I simply admitt its a difference between more simple construction and building craftmanship and high end production and design. In short, our entousiam is just normal.
Moest ik nog op roer en starre as varen of spelen met aandrijving 2 motoren en roer . Nu stelt het niets meer voor. Elke jan doedel kan voortaan bootje varen.
