Help needed….I am trying to get detailed track records of railway line from Thornton station all the way to Fleetwood Station but must also including the branch line to ICI Plant!.. era I am going to build it around is 1900…. have a few pictures but nothing to really do with the main line or sidings.. I don’t know where to get info I need… Please any help would be appreciated thank you.
I was there for the reopening of the railway (41241 Ivatt and 72 USA )which is a long time ago now. The KWV looks amazing and a credit to years of volunteer efforts. Well done. Great video as well. My late dad Bill Black would be proud.
I've never given up, I've simply accepted it's not my destiny to restore her, I keep chasing it up multiple times a year and I keep writing up plans and trying to somehow buy her, but unfortunately the board and the higher ups at the railway (to me personally) just come across too narrow minded and don't care. As well as that I've been holding onto this fantasy dream of owning her and running her, but it's a dream, put all the numbers and facts together and it's just impossible. If someone is buying her then I'm absolutely over the moon about it, she deserves a second chance that Ribble failed to give her, like with glenfield now at statfold, Ribble did feck all with it and now look at how beautiful it looks. I only prey that the same fate awaits daphne. She deserves it

Really ? They're fairly common, but not very rare either, there's probably been some P-Way work planned or recently finished and they're moving the stock to a depot
Oh goodness no 🤣 I'm gutted I won't see a GWR loco heading out of keighley, although I'm hoping to go to ELR or GCR this year and WLLR and got 2 or 3 more Exhibitions I'm attending too

Interesting and entertaining. Good photography Job enabling viewers to better see 👀 the locomotives/coach cars . Traveling thru the country sides/stopping at the train🚂 depot. Have traveled twice with steam locomotives pulling scenic route tour cars. Durango Colorado & Bryson City North Carolina. Very relaxing & enjoyable.
