my game freezes and has to be closed via task manager whenever I click on one of the hidden consoles :( it registers the achievement but the game freezes before the text pops up and when I relaunch my game it doesnt save that I clicked on the console either so guess only way I can see what they say is via this video(so thank you aha), real shame I cant actually get them in-game, anyone happen to know a fix?

I love these games but kinda hate how they discourage you from having fun by giving you the bad endings. Killing commies should be considered positive anyway

Two sirens with 3 consequent tracking attack relentlessly spamming in you, also having an attack that pierce blocking that makes you move analog left-right to free yourself and sets you up vulnerable for other enemies and lets not forget the range projectile attacks. Whilst also dealing with 2 Gorgons who can also do 1/3 swipe range tail attack and also grabing you every now and then, then while you may avoid being stoned but the slow it does fucks up the defense. The fact that Kratos attacks can't stagger both of them and Kratos himself have no fucking pois, which means one attack and quite possibly you will be comboed to death in harder diffuculties. That add with the fact that parrying gorgons and grabing to stone enemies means nothing as the concept of stoning and then smashing them enemies is zero in ascension. First normal gorgon in the all installment that cant be launched and launching siren is almost impossible as they evade every launchable. Putting these to enemies in 2 each in one room with such mechanical nerf to Kratos is whats wrong with Ascension's room enemy design. The hyperion grapple was the worst, now you can only hyperion grapple certain enemies and some when stunned by uroboros. While I like them change grapple in R1 and having range, if it only let hyperion grapple anyone, Kratos would have so much mobility which would comoensate for lack of icarus wings. And also while punching and kicking was made essential for opening the blocking enemies, doing it make Kratoa commit to the animation making it useless in chaotic fight and it so complete useless in this Trial. Santa Monica, dont let the bro who was combat design director cook again.

Mine glitched no barriers to put up no zombie horde timer and survivors die within seconds I’m about done with it after many tries can’t go back to a previous save like other games I’m starting the next dead island game

I just played through this for the first time and was fully aware of the morality system, I avoided killing a ton of mutants, knocked out as many people as I possibly could and spared both lesnitsky and Pavel and I still ended up blowing everyone up 😭😭 like wtf man

Daam i got this on my first playthrough, playing in survivalist hardcore. I tought i got a bad ending since i died at the end. I'd say i got lucky but i intentionally completed every side quest checked every door cuz i wanted to complete as much of the game as possible, as i do not intend to replay and well you got to get your moneys worth which means doing everything... and i spared the ppl i could because i taught why not

The end where he survive should be the easy one to get, makes no sense, kind of ruined the experience when i booted exodus and he was alive, i really thought it was his son lol

I wondered how the hell i got bad ending when a did good where ever i could, but i kinda played the type of game ´´lets get as many headshots as i can when ever i can´´ i missed like 20 tho xD

The game was great up until this moment. Elizabeth somehow knew all along and was basically just narrarating the entire ending sequence. It made the entire plot of the game feel pointless. This moment is when it truly stopped being a Bioshock game. Not to mention Devil's Kiss being the only enjoyable vigor unlike Bioshock 1 & 2 where every plasmid was fun. You can tell the writers decided to pull a Hideo Kojima with the ending of the game being such a cluttered mess.

This is where you actually learn to play the game. People talk about bad level design, in my opinion it was a good idea to put a very hard trial like this. If you don't want the challenge, simply lower the difficulty.
