I'm not a paesano, but have friends that might be. Brings me back to a time when I used to visit some friends of mine in NYC in the 1970's. The family ALWAYS had something cooking in the kitchen and showed their love with great food, music and lots of laughter. Great memories. Thanks for bringing me back for a walk down memory lane! Arrivederci
Fabulous! 🥬🥬🥬But you ruined it with soya milk. Soy is not healthy, it is an endocrine disruptor…do your research. In .Italy, they would have never ever used soy! If you wanted to add more richness….you could have added a bit more olive🫒oil! To the top of each bowl. Gladys🇨🇦Toronto🇨🇦Canada🇨🇦

Lou is an awesome guitar teacher. He is a Berklee-trained jazz guitar master. But he is down-to-earth in his approach to teaching. Very supportive, patient but persistent with me. I highly recommend him!

I have a B & W photo of you doing a flying Karate kick wearing your brown belt(?) (in a shoe box somewhere someplace.) You lived on Thorne street You went to Prep with Bonge and on to Berklee. I’m going to try your lettuce soup today. A couple years back I had a wonderful meal at a rather special acquaintance.. I thoroughly enjoy the asparagus soup to which she exclaimed “so glad you did but it’s lettuce soup!” So here goes!! Love the music, thank you for but perhaps you should rattle those pots and pans and give us some more recipes. Sending warm regards from a chilly England to you and yours.
