I'm not a paesano, but have friends that might be. Brings me back to a time when I used to visit some friends of mine in NYC in the 1970's. Lou is an awesome guitar teacher. He is a Berklee-trained jazz guitar master. But he is down-to-earth in his approach to teaching. Very supportive, patient but persistent with me. I highly recommend him!

I’m going to try your lettuce soup today. A couple years back I had a wonderful meal at a rather special acquaintance.. I thoroughly enjoy the asparagus soup to which she exclaimed “so glad you did but it’s lettuce soup!” So here goes!!
