Front door reminds me of a 1960s radio station. The rounded cabinets and shelves in the kitchen reminded me of travel trailers from the fifties. I would guess that this bungalow was built around 1956.
Wow, when you entered that room with polka dot wallpaper and lime green trim, I said to myself (aloud) "Daggum! Is that astro turf??" It was a mind blowing color scheme! The hot pink sink and toilet, that's something I have never seen in my lifetime, and I grew up in the seventies! I think it would have been really cool with floral wallpaper with a hot pink floral design, instead of ORANGE walls! Can't say I comprehend that decor choice. I think that the green sinks, toilet, bidet and tub actually made the unusual formica with the green and gold accents work well! I was not knocked out with the yellow flowers on the porcelain faucets. Too busy. This home had some neat fireplaces and several different types of paneling - and all of it excellent quality. The hardwood floors are in grand condition. The square footage of that house had to have been at least 4500! I know it's hard to believe, but the shower in the master bathroom of my family home (built in 1961) was exactly the size of the one giving you guys claustrophobia! Great explore! It always shatters my heart when someone's dream home is demolished.
Grew up in Greensville. Had so much fun exploring. Great history and so many stories. When the old dam was there we used to slide down the concrete waterfalls, and climb the old ruins.
I think they needed to clean the carpets. Better yet, take the carpets out and put in nice hardwood floors. I hate caroet. The house is a beautiful home though.
Ich werde solche. Orten meiden. Denn das. Böse klebt in eine. Haus die Böses drin geschehen ist wie eine. Magnet. Und noch schlimmer er könnte euch folgen bis ihre zu Hause
The basement wasn't worth going into in my opinion, just nothing to see, it was rather creepy though, the whole explore was great with a good story behind it. Thank you for showing us. 🫶
Been awhile since I have seen anything on this creepy assed place. I feel sorry for those men. Seems the director was out of this world. What a weirdo. Cruel too. Is it going to be demoed? Glad you got inside again Terry. Hope that person is alright.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Kudos to you for even going in there alone, That basement was super creepy! Such a sad history behind this. If the people weren't insane before they went in, I am sure they were soon after! Great to see you Terry. Thanks for sharing!🧡🏚🏘🏥
Hi Terry interesting find ..love the kitchen..i had plastic runners on my carpets way back ..never seen water tank on ceiling before ...60s rock 👌..built to last ..thanks for showing Terry 😊
An original beaut, move in ready by my low standards if it weren't for the paint peel. As far as the mold? Bleach it. Thanks for the tour Terry. 👍🤠! 3:34 An expansion tank for the boiler pressure.
