will have to come back to give this proper attention but the thought it calls back is how we should grow properly - take the plant to its highest genetic potential. and then save seeds. that seems to me the way to seed vigor...blessings to all
This will be my fourth time listening. I'm constantly trying to figure out who else I can share this with. You describe far better than I ever could the reality and truth that is what I am have been experiencing. Thank you!
Another Masterclass in Modern Agronomy.... you'll NEVER hear this BASIC knowledge in US University Agriculture Schools. Those schools are substsntislly funded by those who sell Seeds....mostly GMO Seeds... that can't be saved.
If a person really can listen to this Podcast it is totally amazing. The real listening is what needs to be understood, at least the willingness to come into awareness of the this. Listening means that the "you" lets go of the ideas that were taught, excepted as truth and societal wisdom. I seriously suggest that listening as a real activity is a new science, a new individual/personal experience that awakens the mind. Thanks John Kempf
I agree wholeheartedly. I started seeds side by side with store purchased seed and seeds that I saved from my best plants in 2023 of the same variety. The homegrown seedlings are big strong and growing much faster than the store-purchased seedlings. I can not wait to see what we can do with beneficial epigenetics. I hope everyone can start saving seeds.
I loved your talk John. I think most people need to hear and understand your message from the bible. Really liked the serving rather than tilling, and understanding the curse. Thank you
I believe seed saving in biologically active soil is vital to allow the seed to express its true potential. John has a way with words to convey the importance of this process. I am so gratefull John takes the time to express the potential bio/energy thats stored in a seed.

This is one of the most moving talks that I have ever listened to. I am particularly grateful to John about the last section. The scriptural texts and their interpretation of stewardship was so refreshing to hear and I was unaware of the nuances that he spoke of. I know that the work at hand has to do with our agricultural soils, but the same principles of stewardship, sustainability, and care for the Earth also extend to those original habitats at any cases are still there. The complexity, biodiversity, and beauty of those environments interacts with our fields, homes, and lifestyles, and present and create a compliment of our health beyond what we put in our mouths. The number of species alone above ground and below ground absolutely stunning in these environments because the plant diversity so much more than we can ever put into our fields.
