Thank you It was a strata but the old fella ( now passed ) who owned the end unit came out and offered me $20 bucks to clear his drive lol...just couldn.t say no. The drive beside him was common area
These small machines seem jumpy, like the hydrolic. Is it the machine or the operator not operating smoothly and just trying to rush every movement causing more harm to the machine?
It was me rushing the movements , I also had the throttle up a bit high. It was near the end of the day and heading home so I was having fun. I have a new 350 # bumper on the unit so it doesn't rock as much and it wouldn't have slipped nearly as much if I have taken it slower but like I said....It was fun
Had the same unit. Absolutely loved it. They can be jumpy when full throttle and pushing it hard like he said but at the same time if you were doing that in a full size like my cat 299 it’s would throw you out of the cab. These small machines are quick in and out and are work horses. I traded my 30 out for the newer RT40 and have the enclosed cab now and I’ll be taking it to the grave
@@AdamSmith-uv6kr How is the 40? That is the one I think I will be getting next...Just seem to want a little more lift power other than that the RC 30 Is a awesome little machine and easy to maintain and operate. Can you tell me what you find better with the 40?
Yes definitely. It was a rebuild when I bought this unit a year and a half ago but it started ticking about 40 hrs. in... was told to adjust the valves after 50- 60hrs. by the company I bought it off. After I am done with this seasons snow removal I will be doing that.
Yes, quite a bit of smoke...The engine was a pretty fresh rebuild too. Its a little 403C-15. Works well , definitely enough power for size of the machine.
Perkins-shibaura,not a true perkins. There actually not really a very robust built diesel. They smartened up due to emissions and started using kubota in certain models.
She was a little rocky here but I added a 300 lb bumper to the back and that has solved a lot of the rocking . Still rocks some but hey the tracks are only 55" long on the ground
Didn't get the camera working properly till we were almost done...Will be posting more videos later but this gives you a good look at how this all works together. Great little Loader and nice functional Push!
