It's a really nice job on the model overall the only problems that I could say about it is there should be two kingfisher float planes not one... And to you went overboard with the weathering... The camo paint job was looking really nice then you just went to overboard with the weathering the weathering should have been done really light... Otherwise you did a really nice job on this model...
@@shippriest1647 The colour scheme worn by USS Enterprise at the Battle of Midway was known as Measure 11 - Sea Blue with (5S) for all vertical surfaces, and (20B) Deck blue. The model you have is also post Midway when the 20mm gun tubs were added at the rear on either side of the landing threshold late in 1942, but before the major upgrade in July 1943.
@@shippriest1647 I ask because I am building a 1/72 scale Enterprise, and it carries the Measure 21 than has 5N Navy Blue, that is a dark blue from the period later in 1943. I don't see any models painted that colour, probably as there are not many full ship photos in those colours, and the war movies made after WW2 all showed the warships in grey.
