The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. ru-vid.comUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

Good video. I'm going to work up to complete a set standing on the Bosu Ball. That's outrageous. Thanks so much for posting this. As always when I find a video a decade old, I always wonder what the poster is doing. Hope all is well.
Top notch training ! Extremely creative use of battle ropes ! Because of this I might get a battle rope rather than an agility ladder 🤔 Thanks for sharing !
Hi, I just set up my battle rope yesterday. The battle rope is kicking my ass and besides the endo board, it's all I have as far as gym equipment goes. This video was helpful, but if you feel up to it, can you take it a step further and talk about which muscles can be isolated while doing certain exercises? For example, what can I do to isolate the tricep and posterior deltoid... I think you just sold me on the Bosu board. I've been wanting one for a while. Thank you!
Lindsey Amundson You can focus on your posterior deltoid by doing reverse flys. If you watch my other rope video there are some exercises that hit the triceps.Hope that helps
Awesome ,,,,,,im 60 next year and started using a battle rope to train for a sprint tri ,,,,,think I have a bit to do before I get that good ,,,,,,big respect
I just ordered this equipment and waiting and excited to get started. Thanks Joe for the Battle Rope Exercise walk through. I will try each exercise you demonstrated and provide feed back.
When I saw you on that stability ball I lost my breath. Amazing work! I love the ropes and have never seen so many variations. Just bought my own since we're all quarantined and I can't wait to try some of these. Thank you for the great tips!
