Great video, I had to take my deck off to patch up some holes , now that I have reattached the deck and belt etc , it cuts out when I go to turn the blade on ... Help please
Great video, I always prefer getting them in the air tripods or scaffold boards rather than leaning them on the side.. Great job on the belt change buddy... I know exactly what to do now, 👌
Wellness check ❤ just seeing how you’re both doing, 🤦♀️ must be hormonal because I’m totally vibing on people who are not posting lately ❤. Have a wonderful week my friend and keep smiling 🙂 Ali
Hi Alison 👋 we are doing fine thanks for asking 😊 I have just had lots on still with the birds, new sheds etc. Got some gardening done but not much lol lots of video's to come just finding time to do them. Hectic at work also. Hope you're well and the family. I will be back hopefully the weekend or next week. Stay safe Alan
Hi lynn yes I'm fine thanks just been so busy ☺️ 😊 I have lots of videos to come but it's finding the time to do them lol hopefully won't be long 👍🏻 thanks for asking about me
great video alan. i been subbed to you for a few weeks now and binged watched alot of your videos. i manily wacthed the video with the poly tunnel u put together. iam from the north east aswel. and very new to growing veggies. lovely greenhouse u have and what a harvest. great job
With regard to the adjustment at the end of the video. The one further away is the blade/belt brake which should stop the blade in 5-10 seconds (not less) after disengaging. It shouldn't need adjusting very often and care is needed because if the end of the rod is not in the vertical position after adjusting then it can jam and cause problems with engaging blade drive and too harsh blade braking (causing wear/damage). The mechanism also integrates with the seat so if you get up whilst the blade is still rotating, it should emergency brake the blade to stop you lopping your toes off! The rod closer to you is the one that engages the blade drive and they don't give instructions how to adjust it but the blade should engage smoothly (as long the other one is not catching).
I commented a few minutes ago about my machine cutting out , also it doesn't turn off when I get off the seat , obviously this is linked, what have I done wrong 😢
Hi alan Love your channel , I’m wanting solar for my plot but your system way to advanced and complicated for me . I’m just wanting lights , charge my phone etc and possibly 1 socket to run odd small appliance . What setup would you recommend please pal?

Hi Alan, I'm enjoying your videos on building projects and hope to do a few in our garden. New subscriber from the Scottish Borders, we get lots of rain just like you!
Hi hope you had a good Christmas and new year. Just wondered if you might be putting out a video soon, to see how the chicks and the poly tunnels with your fruit trees have faired over the winter, thanks.
I hope you and your family had a good Christmas and are still enjoying the festive season. I noticed your new sign and had a (wee) chuckle before you mentioned it. Lovely footage of the new chickens, they grow up so fast 😍 Wishing you good health and success with your projects in 2024.
Merry chriatmas to you and your loved ones alan mate.🙏 Thanks again for the help with my solar system through the year, every shed and polytunnel has one now😂👍
Merry Christmas and thanks for sharing your work at the allotment, I’ve enjoyed it and have ended up buying citrus, peach and nectarine trees. I look forward to next year.
