Swapping internal HDD with a S-ATA 3 SSD is a game changer for Xbox One X as it will speed up the whole system. Even better if you also insert a 2.TB Samsung T5/T7 SSD in a USB port. Fun fact: USB HDD is faster than the internal HDD on Series X and is why i have 8.TB in USB on mine. 2 x 4.TB Seagate Xbox Game Drives (White Xbox branded).
I just scored a awesome deal pne x on fb for 100 bucks bro I have a ps5 but use to be on 360 so now I can play all my childhood games gears 1-3 specifically but even most new games r still being released for it and does 4k60
Nice channel and video! I do use both One X scoprpio and Series X for different pourpuses. The catalogue is so large...only one do not cover all One x forever
Might as well get a used Series X. You can get it cheaper when used while handling performance for all games (besides crap like Hellblade 2) very well.
Well one thing i did say before and i always knew it and my pov of why It makes so much sense Now in 2024 Is because Its Tech is Much higher piwered and better than the other xbox one consoles amd as well If you had an SSD the right one in the xbox one X It would be close to Power as the Series X
I bought my xbox one x for 300 dollars in mint condition in 2019 with four controllers and an official xbox two terabyte external harddrive. I upgraded to the xbox series x but still use my xbox one x as a cable box to watch tv, and it's on ALOT. Good thing the cooling is incredible.
I said this so many times before. 4k with disc drive UltraHD Blu-ray player plays 3 generations of games (4 while streaming with GamePass Ultimate). Also it has a sleek design that allows it to be placed anywhere without drawing attention like the monolithic Series X or PS5 consoles.
You are misleading, you can only play selected games in the cloud that are included in the gamepass subscription. You won't be able to play new games if they're not available on GamePass, so you're making total nonsense. Xbox one X is no longer practically supported by new games, no game updates are available anymore. A pointless comparison of Xbox Series S? do you play or read the specifications? Series S has a lot of game updates up to 60 fps that the One X will never receive. Series S is supported all the time, it's faster, quieter and new games are coming out for it. The comparison to the new generation is at least ridiculous.
@@CoolestKidOnTheShortBus Hehe 😅 write the truth and I already sound like a Microsoft employee. I wrote facts and nothing else, based on information available everywhere and not misleading anyone.
Daymn man, I mean you're not wrong but I wouldn't call that misleading and total nonsense. Cloud Gaming already includes several AAA games. If anything, it’s the next-gen indie games that might be missing, which many people might not consider. For me and many others new Xbox games haven't been captivating to get due to one hell of a dry lineup of modern games, therefore many are still more than happy with their One X or looking for one. Uh and pointless comparison? This was a way to show how powerful the GPU in the One X is, and that it has a 4K Blu Ray disc drive. You know, when I bought the One X last year I was highly considering the Series S as it only was about $20 - $50 more expensive than the One X, but it quickly was clear which one I wanted. Those who only care about high FPS and speed, then the Series S is the clear choice. Then there's those who care about maxing out the graphics, that own a backlog of Xbox One disc games and just enjoy the gaming. Then the One X is a good option and ended up being the console I picked, I do not regret it at all.
I tried to get one of these without gamepad or games for 70/80€ but people think they still got gold in it, I wanted to collect a few games and see how good this little beast can handle the majority of the games, I think microsoft made a huge mistake for removing this console from the market instead of the standard xbox one or one S, this console should have been released with SSD sata in mind instead of nvme, the design and its smaller makes it very desired peace of hardware to collect.
The one X is a good console, However the series S is so much quieter and has a faster processor, also the one x doesn't do 4k native it's 1800p upscaled as it's only a rx 580 in the console. If there both the same price id go for the faster series s.
As a Xbox one X owner. I wasn't really impressed with the current hardware options. I bought a PS5 instead. I had been with Xbox since day one of the original model. And unfortunately Microsoft just lied a little too much and my peripherals didn't go to the next console and i became disenfranchised. I kept my One X upgraded the hdd to a 2tb SSD. I use now mostly for Kodi. The machine os a beast. For sure. But most powerful doesn't Equate to most fun. But i do love it. It has pride of place in my front room with my 360 S Xk3y and PS5.
Not seeing the Xbox One X for “Just over $100”. I don’t trust buying a used one off of eBay. Getting a console that’s been banned isn’t something I want to deal with
I averaged the most common prices I found across several websites, and prices vary by country you know. Additionally, sometimes you simply might have to wait a couple of days for one with a good price to pop up, or do some deep searching. If you're sceptical about buying from eBay, there are plenty of other options, including various websites and potentially pawnshops as I mentioned in the video. But at the end of the day it's your choice :)
@@Odeboo I'm just careful about banned systems. A friend of mine had that situation, and so did his son. I know I can play my older titles, and have a little over 50 original Xbox and 360 titles. That would tide me over until I found more exclusives on the XBO. Still find it funny that in a world with Sony numbering their systems, Microsoft names their third console "One". Plus taking the letters of the Xbox One X. X B O X. They spelled Xbox again. I half expected the fourth system to be named Origin or something.
Installed a 1Tb SSD in my One X a few years ago and till this day it’s made me happy with speeds and performance. Obviously I can’t play some new games only released on the series X BUT nothing has my Attention just yet so it saved me 4 years of nonsense
I still have my 360 that my parents got me as a graduation present in 8th grade. I just got a PS4 a week ago so I can play more modern games. Traded my 360 E for the PS4 and it was awesome. Best thing is, I live in a state where flea markets/thrift stores are king, so I can get both PS4 and 360 games at a fair price. As well as a ton of movies.
I bought xbox one x months after release for 350€ with a game included. We are now in 2024 and still use it on my old sony bravia 1080p tv 43 inches for 500€ that I got couple years before (when I still had xbox 360 slim) I kinda wanted to buy series x on release date but it was sold out everywhere for 2+ years so I decided I will skip to next generation (I dont like buying a console mid/end life cycle. I only like to buy on release date)
Been using it for one year straight and I can't complain, it's been performing better than I first expected. 4K gaming for as low as $50 is just crazy.
