What space? This is more or less a townhouse, I hate puny spaces, it’s claustrophobic. Do you have window cleaners to clean all that glass when it’s dirty? I’d rather there’s grass in the back for plants, an outdoor area for gatherings. The house, like the rest of them are too close to the back wall and there’s no privacy. The pool is a waste of money.
Lol. The estate developers must be drunk tbh! My fence has a certain height to which I can take it to? Lol. What if I’m a dog lover and I chose to buy up to four to five security dogs? So I can’t increase the fence to secure my pets cos of some wack estate rules??🙄
the pool is dirty and appears the water treatment is not working well. The Architect or developer could have better made better use of the living diner and designed it to focus more and the pool area...in fact move the pool closer to the living area with sliding door openings....such a shame that . The re is too much space dedicated to circulation than physical room space.
Duplex is a common theme in Nigeria... we had one in the 70s . The Pool is very dirty, not a good idea to feature it as that though...just saying. Marble is lovely when dry, dangerous when wet..I guess a foot mat at the entrance would solve the problem.
Lovely house overall, and in a good location, though may be a little overpriced. I think it should have a cinema... . Once gotten, you can up it to your taste. Weldone Lady!

Production need a better budget. This was terribly done, the audacity to have two cheap chairs in the middle of the living was appalling. Scratch this off PLEASEEEEE
The budget has nothing to do with it. I'm an architect the video is good just a few things need to be changed. Firstly we need to hear the description of the building so the music has to go(it isnt needed when shes talking and it was too loud), secondly the music can come in later when they show clips of the building at the end(clips of the building can be shown so people can see the beauty of thr house again). Thirdly when she's pointing out things like the sink window, bathtub or lighting fixture they can show a clip of whatever it is she's talking about that way the beauty come out. Lastly this goes out to you @factsfacts3461 I think you're a terrible person. I don't know these people and you don't too you can't shit on someone's hard work while you're hiding behind keyboards. Nothing about the video is appalling, if you don't like it fine advise without being an ass or just skip thr video
@factsfacts3461 totally fine express your disdain but don't act like you'll look anyone in their first in person and tell them their video is appalling, you'll use softer words not to lessen the blow but because you'll see you're talking to a human being. The video isn't the best yes and I just gave them tips on how to make it better. Moving forward, talk to people like you're talking to kids not because you think they're children but because the message will be received better. As you can see with everything I've said to you I haven't tried to insult you because the way I'm texting is how ill speak to you in real life.
