That’s one of the problems they don’t know how to work together. They just want it one way or another other then compromise somewhere in the middle for both ways to get what they want with the old heads and the new ones in the company.
The best they can hope for is a diverse way of thinking amongst the team they put together. You cannot focus on just 1 demographic. But, cannot knock a brand for seeing the error of their ways and looking to innovate.
Absolutely I agree with you and I’m not knocking them for recognizing and attempting to correct their errors. The question is what will Nike do to improve its overall performance, quality, and innovation of styling.
