Thank you very much for the tutorial! but why is it that when I run the project it always fails and points to the getAddress line at file header_widget.dart an there is no error description. I try to run your source code but it has the same problem. How can I fix that problem? I have no idea.

Hello! First of all thanks for the video, it helped me to understand better flutter and how the widgets work. I have a question, I followed your instruction to get the name of the city, but from the logs and the terminal it prints the error: "Error: Unexpected null value." I even tried to print the list but same results. But the API (I used the same as yours) is correctly returning the latitude and the longitude. Any advice or solution?
Hi, Please Help. I skipped the part Guideline for iOS Simulator to implement. Will it affect the project? As im only concentrating in the android I skipped that part

build.gradle is different from the video because it has been updated a lot compared to a year ago. In particular, androidproject>build,.gradledl. Until a few months ago, there was a 'buildscript', but these days, there is no 'buildscript' part when creating a project. I had the same problem and solved it this way. android>build.gradle: plugins { // ... // Add the dependency for the Google services Gradle plugin id 'com.google.gms.google-services' version '4.3.15' apply false } allprojects { repositories { google() mavenCentral() } } rootProject.buildDir = "../build" subprojects { project.buildDir = "${rootProject.buildDir}/${project.name}" } subprojects { project.evaluationDependsOn(":app") } tasks.register("clean", Delete) { delete rootProject.buildDir }
