This is a beautiful arrangement, congratulations. I see other comments here where you shared your arrangement. I am a high school music teacher, I would love to try this with my concert band. If you're willing to share I will send you my email.
This is a very nice arrangement that I just discovered. I checked your website and do not see it available. Have you published it yet? Am interested in performing it with a local concert band.
Ouvi essa música pela primeira vez em 1967 com o ator inglês Richard Harris. Achei linda. Hoje estou com quase 73 anos e a ouço com a mesma emoção que senti na primeira vez. Linda! Um clássico.
I first heard this song when Richard Harris sang it so many years ago. It still moves me to this day. Even this instrumental rendition gives me emotions. The vinyl record is old and scratched but still it gives me nostalgia. Some songs are timeless.
I’m a huge fan of elvis Presley’s and I love 💕 elviss music and flims too I always respect elvis for who he was and my dream is to visit Graceland this song is from the flim gi blues back in 1960 and elvis was only 25 I always live elvis tcb ⚡️🕺6:33pm
Hi Dean I received your email, but when replied it was undeliverable to deanbarrow@theraiderbamd.com My email read: Hi Dean Adagio from Concierto De Aranjuez is not in the Public Domain as the composer only died in 1999. As a result, I cannot legally sell this arrangement. I am happy to just give you a copy of the score and parts for you to try out with your group at no cost. I would just ask for some feedback on the arrangement once you have tried it... If you are happy with this, I will send you the music once I hear back from you. And this illustrates why computer-based music will never beat a real band or orchestra. The tempo. Tick, tick, tick, tick ... a conductor imparts feeling, something a computer can not, and probably will never, do. Great arrangement, but I'd like to hear a brass band play it 😉
I have loved this melody ever since. This was also used in the KLM airline commercial---the first time I heard it. Then I heard a Mantovani rendition in a classical music radio station. It is only now that I knew about its title and its history. Thank you. Great rendition by a brass band.
Beautiful music but the prayer it's words not from the new testament, it's a blasphemy, sorry to say to you that. ✝️ Blessings of the Holy spirit show you his right words.
Sorry. This item is for sale - can't share any files including xml. Score and parts are available at Score Exchange at a very reasonable price: www.scoreexchange.com/scores/563257.html
Lovely arrangement with a delightful finale, not so keen on the Bass drum part which gives it a regimental feel but that's an old Army musicians take so maybe better to ignore that last comment!.
Thank you for kind comments David - It's nice to know someone who listen to the arrangement made the time to comment. It was used as an opening number for our local orchestra's concert a few years ago - It has now been accepted for publishing at Sheet Music Plus...
