Well? Did you enjoy this razor? Did it give you a smooth shave? Did you get a close shave? Was it too heavy? Is it any good for people with a very course beard? On the plus side, it’s not one of those very long videos (15+ minutes or worse 25 or 30 minute ones). And the background music was great.
Hey! Thanks for your comment. In this vid, I'm literally taking 2 products for a test drive that I had never used before. Both were completely new products to our shop (The Shave Mercantile). So, I thought I'd document the experience, have some fun, and let people see those products in action. To answer your questions about the Parker SoloEdge : I absolutely enjoyed this razor and it's been my "daily driver" since we received them. It's a milder razor and gave a smooth and close shave. The weight was great for me *personally*. I enjoy heavier razors and at 94 grams, the SoloEdge fits that bill. I have sensitive skin AND a course beard. The SoloEdge did great with both of those. Also, "Solo" Shaving Soap by The Goodfellas' Smile was tested in the vid. A fascinating scent. Dark & Mysterious. Woodsy. A great shave. The soap's base was very nice and lathered easily. It provided plenty of slickness and cushion. The scent of "Solo" definitely sticks with you for a while. And of course . . . both products are available @ The Shave Mercantile .
