If he finishes Bivol, hes def p4p number 1 in the world... Personally i dont think he finishes bivol, as bivol is one of the best champs behind artur, but Artur drf beats Bivol by UD.
Insane exercises! I can hardly lift that bar from the floor with my both hands, which he twists and jungles with one hand. Bivol can certainly run from him using his superb footwork, but once they engage, he won't be able to endure the tonnage of Beterbiev's punches too long.

Her opponent looked like she was reaching to catch a ball or something, literally palms up. Not to mention she had her mouth wide open and hands down around her waist in the first place. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say these two fighters are not on the same level.
This type of training you dont built muscle but it is impacted into your muscle until your entire body reasonate with the training and then the physic is built inside.
