I'm just bummed that grace wasn't built/ designed to look identical to Reginalds wife. Would have been a great way to get the actress back for season 4
This is easy to resolve. You may have noticed that Umbrella Grace, unlike that of the Sparrows, was very important to the children-I-need-affection and was very well cared by Pogo even before Reginald took his own life to reunite the family. Due to Pogo's expulsion from the Academy, the total lack of importance the pricks Sparrows gave her, and the pills that kept Reginald "on a leash", there was no one to properly care for her robotic condition. Over time she acquired severe flaws in her operating system, her physical and mental durability was damaged causing her to easily lose control of her mind the moment she saw the Kugelblitz, referring to it as "God" and others weird stuff. Being so close to the Kugelblitz all the time, the waves of energy it emitted increasingly drained her strength to a point where she was so low that she "died" simply from Five turning her neck around. That's it. [ Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I don't mind.]
I would say the reason she shut down after having her neck turned around was they were biult differently in the sense the umbrella's Grace was make to handle Victor's power and the sparrows Grace wasn't so she was less durable and easier to brake but everything else makes sense
Umbrella grace was built to be durable, especially after what Viktor did to previous nannies. There was no reason for sparrow grace to have the same durability.
The only guess I have is that Grace's systems failing during her time when the Umbrella team came back for Reginald's death is identical to her systems failing during the the time with the Sparrows when Regional was drugged. Even though she's a robot, Grace grew old in both instances, so maybe she was just tougher when she was younger and more susceptible to damage ad her robotic systems aged?
That’s could be it.. But in season one I thought Reginald did something to her so she doesn’t blurt out what happened to him… I have to rewatch season one. . And with Sparrow I just thought the Kugelblitz somehow messed her up. Like every time it sends out a blastforce thing something in her gets rewired or I don’t know- haha. But what you said made sense
I really think Grace before was created for lil Vanya not to destroy so quickly.. While the Sparrow Academy kids were supposed to be better and more trusted not to break her I guess… Cause true. Young Vanya/Viktor, Diego, and now Five tried to kill her. Hahah
