Well it turns out this was a huge mistake. Shocker. When you appoint these people based on their skin color and gender you end up with incompetence and out of control ego.
Butler County is a dangerous place to drive, cell phones, speeding, careless driving and not a policeman in sight….never. We live here and would like to see Sheriff Jones take this serious and show some police presence on 747, Hamilton Mason Rd. and others. We have come close to being in accidents numerous times.
I have lived here over 30 years and couldn't agree more. I have complained to Butler County numerous times about the speeding on Hamilton Mason. Even had them do a study and people travel over 55 on that narrow road. They basically told me too bad we want to keep the traffic moving fast. In fact it's 45 mph there and they told me they might raise it and Tylersville from 40 to 45 . They don't care!
