Despite the criticisms of white guilt and white savior syndrome when this movie came out I still enjoyed this movie and appreciated its message of racial tolerance and it's metaphorical football use of the term "blind side" to illustrate a player's vulnerability (his blind side) and to practice racial blindness.

As a black man, I want to tell y'all that I absolutely hate this movie of a "white savior" is needed once again to help us black folks. I know it is a feel good movie for white folks but us black folks do not see it like that. smh!!! So my message to white folks is stop trying to save us and let us black folks save ourselves.
