I had a girlfriend how qas very attracted to masculine women. I already had hair on my arms and legs I was lucky that way. The girl I was with was turned off of my hairy legs. She knew I was tze way I was so she broke up with me. I took hormones. I got my breasts removed . I got a hysterectomy. I am in Canada so it is all covered. I had to pay a bit for the top surgery but if I went to M9ntreal Canada it was completely covered. I did not like there results. I liked the technique that the other surgeon did so I went to Mississauga Canada instead. I changed with the hormone treatments so I am happy about that. I do agree with all that you have said.
Oh yes l completely relate! This stage of surgery is the most fiddly and frustrating and such a relief when it goes right and you can finally pee freely! So pleased for you! And the tattoo looks amazing!

Yay peeing lol! That tattoo looks awesome! Did you feel the nerve under the graft during tattooing? I want to get mine tattooed but unsure if it’ll hurt since I can feel my nerve under it when touching certain parts.
I totally understand where you're at... I'm in a very similar situation. I'm one who had multiple strictures which I'm still waiting for fixes for, and my next op could be anytime between this March and March in 2 years time, so yeah, heartbreaking and so hard to explain to others how that feels. Hard for life to just stop because of healing and then waiting for next surgery availability. I've taken life back into my own hands now and am back at Uni, so there are positives, just not at all predictable. What's the moisturiser? I've not been told to use anything like that on my cheek tissue graft while it's exposed waiting to be closed up. It seems to be keeping okay without. I wish you luck for your next surgery.
Thanks for commenting, you have really been through it! I know how privileged I am to have good insurance and be able to schedule surgeries pretty much as soon as I’m ready to have them. Good for you to carry on with your life outside of surgery, going through this takes up so much mental space that is a big challenge. I hope all the best for you!
No advice but it is really useful to hear what it’s like and what has happened and what others might need to prepare themselves for. It would be good to know what the good bits also are - what has been the euphoria moments.

Hi Dan, first of all congrats on the surgery. I’m sorry you’ve encountered this hurdle. Positive thing is that the docs can repair it. As far as emotions, well they would be all over, since you’re having to regroup and prepare for the hurdle. For me it took awhile to adjust. Nit that it didn’t bring happiness, but it’s a whole new ballgame… I’ve gone through different stages of emotions during my adjustment time. Don’t go too deep within… understand it is a process and that’s all it is. I’m here for you! Blessings

Wow, thanks so much for letting me know that! When I started transitioning there weren’t many guys showing the long term journey and it’s hard to believe I’ve been on here for almost a decade! I think it’s important to be able to see guys who have “finished” transition and are carrying on with life. Take care.
What timing for you to be in Texas! I had a very similar experience in Austin recovering from meta. The water in our VRBO was shut off, but not due to weather. The owner hadn't paid the bill in three months, so we had to pack up and go to an Extended Stay in the middle of my recovery. Not fun, but I survived. No popping stitches or anything. I can attest Dr. Santucci is great.

Hi, It’s been awhile since I used it, but I remember the same thing happened to me! I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong. Maybe try using just a tiny bit of it at a time.

I hope you continue to have a good recovery. I can't imagine how worrying it must be to be caught up in a weather situation like this one, but at least you have a fab nurse by your side.

Hi Daniel, glad you were able to get the phalloplasty. I was were you are 2 yrs ago (in December and it was 60-70 degrees). I had Crane do the surgery (yes, I was aware of the lawsuits). Everything turned out fine, but recovery is tough , even when things are healing well. On the other video, you mentioned your arm feels like a pressure cuff is on it. Mine is still like that. It takes some getting used to. Wishing you all the best.
