Apparently truck suspension means a lot to the kpop girl in the comments. Maybe she really is sold on the customer service, but considering the sales guy uses different accounts, family, or friends to comment on his own videos about polyurethane foam suspension, and the videos the asian chick is into on her channel, along with her pic, it just seems a little odd. He does answer a lot of questions in the comments though, and he is kind. I just dont know that I want foam suspension that lasts, in his own words, "half a decade", even if it does have a lifetime replacement guarantee. It depends on the application I guess. They are cheaper than airbags, but they're still foooooooam. Seems like something between a rubber bumpstop and an airbag.
So the take away here is , Get someone who Knows what they are doing , to procure and install items like this . Excellent After Sales service I have to say .
Sounds to me that you are doing business with a reputable company , super spring went above and beyond! I've been looking and researching these for 2 weeks now, I'm sold !!!
How’s the new ones working out? I’m wanting to try these on a Tacoma and I don’t do any extreme off-roading or hauling. I really just need a smoother road experience. Bought this truck from a friend and it has bags but they’re horrible ride quality unless towing and the bags need constant psi monitoring. Would you recommend this Brand?
Well no shit, did you watch the rest of the video? you freaking goof! Why the fuck do people comment stupid ass shit like this I'm sorry people are so ignorant
Hi guy i had the same thing on a Fiat Ducato van and one of them explosed litteraly, it is the mecanic center where i use to go which showed me the destruction after i told him i heard a lot of noise on the road when i driven on the road... The supplier sent my money back :) they told me this sumo was innapropriate on my vehicule due to not enough space between the schok absorber bar and the top of the fixation ; it needed more than 10 centimeters... thanks for the information ; sure it will can help somebody
Im worried that happens with my Amarok. I just installed them. They end up in that position an and I wonder if they break like that after a while. They are the correct model for my truck but still it fits not very well centered and under the bumper stop place
Hopefully I got the right one for my sierra 1500🤞.Did you do the vehicle fitment on Amazon? Because it has that option, I’ve been getting a lot of products on amazon for the truck and it hasn’t failed me yet.
@@master451000 The best thing to always do is to go to the manufacturer's website to see what fits what. Sumo springs will show you what fits your vehicle specs that you enter.
I can’t watch this in front of my 4-year-old, due to language. Don’t forget to bleep/ edit… Besides that, excellent job explaining what happened. Kudos to super springs excellent customer service. I just ordered front and back sumo springs for my 2016 Tundra. So excited
Gday from Australia! Appreciate your kind words. Mate, just go for it. It’s been a fun time building it in my r&r days. Make sure you document your journey for others to be inspired by.
they were great in my '02 Tundra, yellow. Installing front and rear blues on my '21. Less sway in the goal even with TRD sway bars it leans too much in the corners. Even my dog hates the ride as is.
I love the IH 7.3. My son had one with the exhaust cut off after the turbo. As the thieves fired it up and split he could it but do nothing. Good luck man@@bendersadventures1
A few years back I bought these for my 2018 ram 3500. Hooked up my 37 foot toyhauler. Used a weight distribution hitch with sway control. I noticed the truck seemed very bouncy . Finally took these back off and truck was back handling alot better.
The yellow are the stiffest durometer springs. Black is the medium stiffness, and would possibly be a better fit? The blue is the softest and great for like a 1/2 ton size vehicle IMHO.
Wow! Good service from them! Yep I’ve done similar for messing up. But I bought a new 2021 class C motorhome and I ordered the sumo’s for all four corners and a beefy steering stabilizer right away. It handles great since I installed. I hadn’t even changed out the sway bars and maybe won’t. I’m happy with the product, didn’t take all that long except beer breaks! Mandatory.
New sub mate..I'm a van camper here in the states but a buddy is a truck camper. Watched your vids in reverse..kinda funny..lol. I've watched a few self built campers and met a guy from the Vegas area who has built several.. Endgame is the channel I believe. You've done a very good job..I like it 👍 Look forward to seeing more mate !
Thanks mate. I haven’t taken it over a weigh bridge yet. I’m guessing close to 1000kg. After winter when I put her back on the truck I’ll run it over a weigh bridge. Be 3 or 4 months away
Nicely done! For the front angles, replace the residential flashing tape with Butyl tape. It is made for this purpose. It will creep when squeezed but it won't run/streak. I also like your fresh water setup (I always believe in modular and cost conscious).
Cheers. I’m leaning towards the Butyl tape as you suggest or my mates are also building campers and we are thinking or ordering 135 degree aluminium angle. The water system works well, just going to add an additional place to add water from additional drums via a snap on system on the inside
