I am going to share with you the trials and tribulations of owning a T4 self built Camper van, including fishing and pleasure trips, Van Life, weekend trips, how I built Vincent and some maintenance and repairs thrown in! ......And .....I’ll be bringing you along with me on my adventures as well.

Hi from New Zealand! This is a great video. Do you know if it's possible to re-tumble the ignition barrel? I.e. make it fit with another key? I have only one ignition key but three door and tailgate keys that are different... and my immobiliser transponder has already been taped somewhere under my dash by a previous owner... 🙂
Great video! :) id love to know where you got the replacement ignition barrel from? I need to replace the one in mine as its also jammed but the part isnt made by VW any more and struggling to find original part on ebay.

Its against the law to fish harbour side of the breakwater at brixham should of checked with the harbour master before fishing and posting videos of breaking the law.
I am an older version of you. I have a T4 and 3 dogs and love going away in my van. Always updating or changing something. Well done on being so handy 👏👏

@@makinwaves486 thanks for the reply ,i hope that the leak is now solved ,but if it should reappear then i suggest that it could be the bolts holding the solar panel ,,,are you planning any euro trips in your van gal ,,
@@eddielloyd4070 well not really had much rain since doing the job but it does appear water tight at the moment ....fingers crossed lol .... the leak was going on way before i fitted the Solar panel so my guess is its not in that area - but hey I could be wrong!! Yes I am looking at doing the south of France and maybe Spain - However Vincent has done 250,000 miles and is 25 years old so i'm still a bit worried about him doing that haha!!
fantastic fishing ! just returned from a family holiday to futerventura, where would you say is a good place to fish away from the tourist areas . david.
so may Places to go on the island .... a favorite of most anglers is the rock ledges at Salinas - very near to Caleta de Fuste so many species there :)

Brilliant thanks for sharing we’re most caught on the stinger hook Karen ? I’ve been trying to land some monsters near me for months with no success so I’m going to modify couple of mepps and try this method
Yes the Treble is cut off and a trailing pennel on a short piece of fluro - as shown in the vid was used - add a tiny piece of tubing to the top hook to help keep it all straight ;)
Well done for getting down there. Family commitments stopped me going. Shame you were stuck on gobies and blennies, that area can produce a vast array of species.
To be honest after being at the Home internationals the week before in Weymouth this weekend was more about a bit of R & R lol - but yes I have had some great days down there - unfortunately this wasn't one of them 🙈🙈
