It doesn’t matter what she says because there are people that would take her position and put up with the manager. A lot of people thrive off stress and dead lines. Managers come and go.
@@user-bd2ut3sl8d yes I’ve seen that as well and I guess I was one one of them. Even when I got into a management position, like I’ve mentioned I had to answer to a CFO that was a straight monster .
True. Watched a toxic manager drive off 5 people off of a 4 man team. It was down to a single person at one point. The one guy that knew his shit and couldn't be bulied without the entire thing crashing down.
@@chunkyd5880 yes I was that guy that knew my craft at work and CFO was still a D💥ck to me and everyone else that were good workers. Long story short him and the owner son bankrupt the business🤬🤬🤬

@@mikeholland3226 I’ve been on the Management side of things and the sick thing is the executives, Directors, the big wigs give too much authority to management without questioning their actions. I’ve seen a lot of good employees fired due to low self esteem Management 🤬🤬🤬‼️

My old company got me by paying my personal phone bill every month. I don’t mind the little inquiries but they started getting way out of hand with calling me after hours. There was always a debate about my additional time added to my time sheet.🤬

Depending on where they live some Day care businesses are willing to pay top dollar to employees that have these Certifications. There is also other Businesses that won’t. Some of the young people go in as daycare workers for the easy low pay money and really missing out on the whole experience of a daycare employee
You will still have to file your taxes in the US. Through some paperwork you can qualify for FEIE foreign earned income exclusion which allows you to earn up to 6 figures without paying any US taxes

It’s funny how companies use to low ball Warehouse Managers and Supervisors and expect them to be honest. Also how the companies allowed them to over hire when there still wasn’t any sign of productivity uptick 😂😂

I took the test on Wednesday and got at 74.6 wth. I had 10 mins left to go back and review my answers but the proctor kicked me out because he said I stopped sharing my screen but I didn’t. It was intense. I was on a computer that wasn’t mine so when he told me I wasn’t sharing my screen I had no idea what to do. The pressure was sooooo intense.
YES‼To have a Proctor for the exam they have a list of guidelines that we have to go by and are strictly enforce. Those guidelines are on the exam prior to starting or they're read out aloud form the proctor. I've knew quite a few [people who got flagged behind this. Please don't get discourage, keep pushing💯💯
So many people are going into business for themselves and their mindset has changed when it comes to work life balance at the workplace. It does count though, especially if you can get a copy of it for your records. I'm from Jersey and Companies tried to hold on to them especially if an outside trainer comes in but I've found loopholes I have used personally to obtain a copy. I do get what you're saying though. Thanks for your input!
@@markiewilliamsonlinecourses I have only dealt with security and medical jobs. You're right though. I grew up in the military community so those office jobs and starting in the mail room to becoming the CEO is out of my league plus translating combat soldiers to Google, global corporations outside of security is so difficult, they had to hire people to write fancy words high earning civilians could understand. I think your doing a good thing for the young plp
