My favorite of Konrad Sneed's films yet! The green light transition scene gave me goosebumps, and the music in that scene so perfectly suited the haunting theme that'd been running as an undercurrent since the start of the film. The symbolism of the white wardrobes was a nice artistic touch. Ashley is such a talented actress who can express pain so organically through her eyes that it's tangible. Her characters in the film had distinguished moods that she effortlessly brought to life. Getting to see Konrad scared was a new and pleasant experience; it goes to show this guy can do it all as an actor! Loved this movie! It was 1000% worth the wait!
It's Erie how some of y'alls work is so on the nose in particular to the details of the mentally tormented, this is a good thing. I fancy grounded details so it's a big win. I've also noticed the editing, which has been clean from my view, has been getting smoother. I definitely feel that this konrad actor is becoming more comfortable with each project. This is a clean film, there's this soothing charm to it, can't really explain it but I like it. The lady in the film Ashley I have something to say, know that what i say is in a grand way in all ways, you have horror eyes, grudge and ring, if I saw those pop up in an attic or back seat, man I'm swinging hands someone's lord is getting a body. That said, you're a charming delight, and performed crisply. I do hope you find a chance to utilize those eyes, if not, well I'll still be cheering you on. Smooth sailing everyone, this is a good film, I greatly look forward to more. Keep doing y'alls thang💛
This was such a great film i really enjoyed the film honest 10/10 this is one of the best short films i have ever seen. The acting and script were amazing keep it up!
All I can say about this film is that the quality is good. But the rest of the film is not so convincing to me. It felt like a Lifetime Knives Out, no offense. First off, the actors in this film seem to pretend to be grown-ups like kids in a backyard playing cops and robbers. Wasn’t able to believe their roles, felt like their voices were reading from the script just giving out this bland flavorless soap opera you would find on Tubi. The plot was rushed, confused about who the main character was, I knew who it was at first until I got lost in how he became a side character near the end. I’m sorry if this seemed harsh but that’s my opinion on the film I love the passion for this and congratulations on creating your guy's second feature, but this one, just wasn’t in the bag. 4/10 for me
He thought he was gonna get that corvette, ha ha not today biiiyash. Everyone did brilliant, fuggin dope, and the song has some flare. Five stars from me, and oooooo those savey little schemers. Oo oo, yeah boy! Now i want more, how dare you. I hope yall are able to do more projects soon. 🍻 cheers
Very interesting themes, something that can have different meanings but has a coherent story. Superb editing and solid color grading Good cinematography and not too long, didn’t overstay its welcome. Perfect length and a good watch I liked this a lot
ALB, y'all did a great job, per usual! Tristan and Ashley, you guys upped the intensity in these roles. It added a smooth undercurrent of tension throughout the whole film. Joseph was the most realistic actor in a lab coat! 👏 well done, you guys!
Once more the sound, the aesthetic, the acting and the editing is clean and has high quality. Wonderful job to everyone, truly. It hurt a bit to watch, i know the life, or the lack there of, but it was a good hurt. I find the portyal to be spot on, both with small visuals and and big emotinal outbursts. I am weak however to the music and sound, its a direct line to me, so again bra-fugin-vo. This is brilliant work. It obvious to me that care was envolved and i greatly admire and appreciate that. Shout out too autumns hair and sweater, its class.and the moon lamp. Again, everyone , applause from me and keep nailing it. Ten out of ten!
This had a certain charm that can hug and older viewer and younger. The scense are clean, the mini montage was truly on point, the acting was actually great. Student films can show alot of anxiousness or uncertainty, but yall did wonderful. It's relatble for me on a personal level, so im a smidge biased, but fuck it. This whole thing is a lovely letter to just pure classic heart. However, that music is the absolute perfect touch, vibe, and just damn good!!. Stiff nips all around. Give yalls self mad credit, this was grand. Ima look forward to more if that's on the table. Oh and the camera work with scenery and airels, *chefs kiss*. Lastly, and again, this had a natural feel with the acting and tone. I hope yall get a chance to show people what you got because to me, its fucking amazing.💛
I absolutely loved Butterflies, and it's awesome to see how the ALB movies are made! Thanks for taking us behind the scenes, Emmanuel! Keep making GREAT films, because I love watching them.
What an adorable love story!! I loved the 80s theme to the music score. Konrad Sneed was a little...shy 🤭. Totally out of character, and Reschel was so gorgeous! She portrayed adventurous and playful so wonderfully!! Emmanuel with that ukelele had me cracking up 🤣 Loved this romance movie! ALB crushing it again! 👏
