MTB life 😎 Just a few mates travelling the trails and finding the flow 👌🏻 get us on Instagram @inbetweenerslikeybikeycrew We team up with the Sketchy Crew Glasgow, now and then and become the Sketchy Bikey Crew, get at their Insta @sketchycrewglasgow, with all the carnage you’d want from a bunch of lads on their bikes and more laughs than a Fringe show 👌🏻🤘🏻🏴❤️
Got to love Dyfi. It gets gnarlier each time we go (and we''re there fairly often). The bottom of Race Track is always a nervy one and even Super Swooper is unrecognisable from when it first opened. It must be really intimidating rocking up there for the first time after having only watched it on RU-vid...
@@niseach it was defo an eye opener but not intimidating too much as some of the tech we ride is a lot steeper and chunkier than what we rode at dyfi but never got try some higher graded trails to properly test ourselves. Cannot wait to get back and give it another bash and hit it harder
@@inbetweenerslikeybikeycrew It's not necessarily the steepness or the tech at Dyfi compared to places like Aberfoyle, and Dunkeld etc, but it is the speed that you can get up without even trying. I live down in the NW of England now, and we have places like Macc Forest and Rivington that have their own challenges, but it depends on what you're used to. On another note, Revs was unbelievable and now they're open again, I'd highly recommend it. Think you folks would love it there (although still mostly push-up at the moment).
@@niseach that’s one thing that took me surprise, the sheer speed that u get is unreal, strava say I hit 70mph down motorway but I doubt it 🤣🤣. There’s been talk of revs but the guys want dyfi again 👍🏻
@@marknewton2240 the trails aren’t signposted so Trailforks is your best bet bud. There’s 2 sides to it, you’ve got gnarden of Eden on one side and a cluster of blacks on the other side both of which are steep and techy and if you’ve got an ebike I’d defo bring it 🙈
Amazing trails was there this week rode all red & new blue routes disappointed the board walk section had been removed still had a blast like how you carry speed keep & the flow confident 👍🤜🤛
Great seeing Pitmedden trails dry, also handy that your brakes work 😂 Skilfully ridden over the steep tech bombing through those trails, enjoyed watching thanks for sharing! 😁🤙
@@inbetweenerslikeybikeycrew it was running prime 👌🏻 Just getting back into the swing of things 😂 my mates just finished hockey season and I’ve been moving house, so it’s back on the bikes and like learning all over again 🤦🏼♂️
@@MTB_George she was running fast and the work that’s been done is 👌🏻. Sometimes life gets in the way bro but back to learning it all over again lol s never a bad thing, reignites that fire and love for it 😍😍
Cheers bro 👍🏻. It defo was, there was a few us there and wanted to get the cluster up beside 2 hoes bro but they were shut for maintenance and storm clearing and we deliberated a while to go for DD and glad we did 🔥 next time Gnarden of Eden will defo be getting hit
@@inbetweenerslikeybikeycrew 2 hoes is good too! Yeah fair play to the boys with chainsaws there the other week! 👌 The leggings manaquin always gives me a bit of a scare too! 😅 especially if it's been moved! Yeah you'll love it, was cheesing all the way down it on Sunday past again 😁🙌
@@macdougall101 really good 👍🏻 had a sighting lap then had another crack straight after it 👌🏻. They were there when we went aswell, went over and had a chat to see what they were up to and got nothing but respect for the guys that do it 🫡. 🤣🤣🤣 aye I absolutely bricked it, my brain didn’t know what was happening 🤣🤣
@@garyalexander3281 all good bro 👍🏻. I wouldn’t say so, the first one is like a gap but it’s just built down a wee bit but is filled with with wee stones and the speed u carry is enough to get over it and the second one is a fly off and can be rolled 👍🏻
Always with the GoPro effect 👎🏻 it was wild with 820mm bars 🤪😳 never had time to cut them before I got out and tbh was that excited about getting it I never even noticed 🤣🤣
@@inbetweenerslikeybikeycrew 😂 yeah the 820 is mega think mine got chopped after my first time at pitmeddem, I believe I’m now down to 770 + deathgrips so probably about 780 and that feels just 👌🏻 for me
@@inbetweenerslikeybikeycrew it’s so harsh when it’s this dry, not one for complaining about the weather but us Scottish are too use to damp trails 😂 😂
