At beginning there's a man talking a couple of minutes but he is not identified so how can a viewer evaluate his opinion? He's shown again later, the same.
How many of those rich people have ever considered helping out someone living on the street with nothing but the rags he stands up in. Or offering some money to buy a meal or to place the person in a hotel room for a night with clean fresh sheets on a nice warm bed out of the cold wet doorway hey or she may have been sleeping in.
European Union hegemony is slow and looks to be by design, choking the life out of Europe. Even with the UK withdrawal from the EU, it still abides by many of its laws as the whole system is corrupt.
It's not only Britain who is facing the production problems. The german automobile industry is also heavily affected by the Chinese competitors. Companies like BYD have cheaper solutions for consumers.
Decline of UK manufacturing is staged long ago back to the 1980's, in Mrs. Thatcher's day. And long austerity measure after 2008 crash under Tories's sealed it. So don't blame on just current politicians. All UK voters living now are to blame.
1) Trump doesn't exactly have the "hearts of the American people" with him (regardless if he gets the position.) 2) ** Anyone? No one actually realized China played this game SO MANY TIMES (wait for it ..................................... CLOWNS like gordo chang and PETE-Z going to show their stupid faces again to blow their own trumpets) - when China is hiding their own financial data to show weak numbers.
I have been hearing about the collapse of the Chinese economy for the last 20 years. In spite of that its economy is still standing tall....A 18 trillion GDP growing at 5 %? Trade surplus of 800 billion in 2023? Foreign reserve of about 3 trillion? China made up more than 30% of the world trade? A debt to GDP of about 70%? Do those metrics look that bad? Of what you are saying is just a wish list?
I much rather do that. THE US is in a hot pile of sh!t that cannot possibly be recovered (not even possible. way past the trillions and even gave ISREL more to make the entire world HATE the US OF A.)
USA led the wealth to give immense wealth to ccp china. xi ccp china has become no rules, gangster, bully, communist boasting dictator xi ccp china. among other bad things xi does today, xi ccp china want to hurt USa, west with de dollars, with prics countries. Trump, USa has to lead the West to counter xi ccp china, continue to cause further china collapse.
all banks have the biggest con of all: the mortgage. you pay years of interest alone and still they take the house if you miss a few payments regardless of how long left, not to mention throw credit cards at you knowing you cant afford to pay back...and you really think crooks like that wouldnt be involved in worse than cartel [dodgy] money ?.....they wrap it up well giving an air of honourableness.. nothing decent about banks.
Had they used the money coming from turist to build out infrastructure and clean up i don't really see that much of a problem. of course some cities you cannot build out like venice and barcelona, but those are rather exception. When it comes to housing that is a problem everywhere, unsustainable housing prices gentrifying societies is a huge global problems, because they don't really build where there are jobs. Of course politicians have been sleeping at the helm as always and has failed to mitigate the situation. Frankly I don't understand how the population allows the same politicians rule year after year failing to see macro trends and fails to adopt policies to represent their constituents. Instead they are out there virtue signalling giving lavish benefits to people that hasn't paid taxes. That is truly astounding.
even my home town Toronto. we have so many new people....i tried to go to the small polish festival. so many that are not polish....took over. i could not even enjoy my day.
My country has elected into government a group of people who are by any standards akin to Trump. Climate change deniers, Islamophobic, and now blaming asylum seekers for some kind of crisis and so wanting to close the borders. It is true that our young people struggle to find accommodation and prices are high. However we had 20 million tourists last year which is more than our population and we had 50 thousand asylum seekers. We need to build more houses to accommodate our young, that's step 1. As for blaming the asylum seekers. Well OK let's assume we are talking in people days. That is you multiply the people by the days and we assume a tourist visits for a week and an asylum seeker is here for a year. That's roughly 18 million asylum seeker days a year and 140 million tourist days a year. I think we know which group is the bigger consumer of space. Now OK it has to be admitted that tourists bring money, but that doesn't seem to be something that people are taking notice of in the protests. So if people want to kick out one or other group, sure pick on the tourists but personally I'd say invest in developing housing so that people have somewhere to live.
go to china instead, they welcome tourists & does not pick pocket, your wallet, phone, camera is safe over there. i was in barcelona & 2 criminals try to steal camera & strap off my shoulders !
Have you got any info in the Curacao ABN Amro bank during the 70s and 80s? During that time, Curacao was the head of the Netherlands Antilles, 6 Dutch colonial islands, consisting of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, St. Eustatius, St. Maarten and Saba. Also, this was the same era when the tourism industry was on the rise. Large-scale corruption was one of the catalyst for Aruba seeking autonomy from the Netherlands Antilles. The Netflix series Narcos had a banking scene where they confused Aruba and Curacao but explained how the banking system and Dutch privacy laws favoured launderers. There's even a news article, claiming that organizations such as the Cuntrera-Caruana cartel, owned about 65% of properties on the island. The icing on the cake is that Ramon Millian Rodriguez, the chief accountant of the Medellin cartel from 1979 to 1983, testified infront of US congress in 1988, that when the FBI and DEA shit down the Panamanian banking laundering system, he moved his laundering operations overnight to Curacao. His testimony is available to see online via C-SPAN and/or RU-vid. Language barrier is often a hinderence since the ABC islands, (Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao) to speak Papiamento. A language which at the time was considered just a dialect. It is now an official language but many mainstream translators have yet to adapt it into their services. ChatGPT is the only translator that I'm aware of that translates to and from papiamento. It is handy to use when researching old Netherlands Antilles documents on the Internet archives website. I feel the corruption on these islands go unscathed due to language barrier and nothing else. Subscribed!
