Always wondered if a water sprinkler feature would help reduce sound noise? A shed, insulated with styro is a good first step. Maybe, add a rain dribbler on all sides of the top, maybe pump the water to fall down ACROSS the top of the gen, at an angle? Seems like there might be something here... Water is vastly heaver and more dense than air, so, this might eat a LOT of sound!😮

I just ordered a '24 F 250, and it will be built next month. I also have snow plows, and will be installing one of my Boss V's on it when it gets here. I just wish you were a Boss guy too, so that I could have known exactly what I was in store for! I checked your channel, and I don't see one, so I'm guessing you haven't done a video on the truck itself? I'd be curious to see a review video of your truck, because some Ford super duty chat groups have got me very worried about my new truck. I'm reading horror stories about the CP4 fuel pumps and the air conditioning issues, amongst many other issues that people are having with these '23's and '24's. Have you had any issues? What model is that you have? I ordered a Lariat Ultimate with about every option they offered with the exception of the H.O. engine, because I needed to get a truck with no greater than a 10K GVWR due to the trailer that I pull, and getting the H.O. gives you a minimum of a 10,600lb GVWR, and some even higher than that. Anyway, I'd like to know more about your truck, and if you're pleased with it, and if you've had any issues. Good video!

Hi Jeff - Thanks for the view and comments. Unfortunately, I'm not a Boss guy - ha. Although it seems like everybody here in North Central Wisconsin is. Honestly, I love the truck. I had a bit of buyers remorse when I traded in my 22 for the 24 last December, but after towing with it (We have a 37' 5th wheel) to Florida and back, I wouldn't go back to the 22. It is pretty much exactly what you ordered. F-350, Lariat Ultimate loaded with most options (Not pro power), Crew Cab Long Box, Antimatter Blue with the 6.7. Compare to the 22: Way, way better towing technology compared the offerings in the Lariat Ultimate 2022. I also like the dash upgrades, the seats are better, and the 10 speed shifts way better in my 24 vs my 2022. The 2024 does drink more DEF compared to the 2022. I did not like the chrome rims that came on the 24. I swapped them for a set of king ranch rims from a 2022 - which required changing the TPMS Sensors in the new to me rims as well. I currently have 18,000 miles on the 2024. It has had a couple driveline issues - The rear end had to be completely rebuilt at 8 or 9000 miles after our Florida trip as all of the bearings were shot in the rear end. I also had a seal in the transfer case output shaft that was leaking and replaced. Other than that, no issues. Just driving it, putting fuel additive every tank and stopping at popular fuel stations. I also only use for the most part truck stop DEF.

i am 63 i bought my first chainsaw when i was 14 . i have been logging and falling timber most of my adult life . if u do the math concerning bundling firewood as opposed to selling by the cord. yes bundle your wood. .75 cu ft bundle 171 of those in a 128 cu ft cord 3.25 each i think it comes out to 556$ per cord. firewood is good therapy and u provide warmth. they will never outlaw a good old fashioned wood fire. if they try people will build a fire any way, somtimes a fire is the best. long live the logger and the axmen.

Sure, as long as you have an intake that allows the same amount of air you are pushing out to be pushed back in. Especially in heating and cooling seasons, this would result in extra heat and ac required to cool or heat the new air coming in.

Did anyone had any idea whats hapening. With this firewood. Transfer all this into working hours, logs, chainsaw, chainsaw repairs, health issues, beck pain etc fumes, stacking hours, moving to house in winter hours constant looking at heat. Storing wood for 2years before use, building shed furewood, splitting wood hours, starting fire hours, cleaning outside, inside after burning and more. Add this in price. Than you can simply place air to air and forget about all this, if you have no electricity you can build solar powerplant with battery done.

I love how you have evolved! Love the latest roadside stand! Looks awesome. In the most part, are people honest and pay the correct change? I'm from NZ and have a firewood business, currently sell around 1700 cube PA, recently getting into bagging it, don't know why it wasn't done earlier! Think I'll make a roadside stand, as I'm not always at the yard! PS, I started my firewood journey 6 years ago from pretty much an axe and a toyota hilux and trailer, have grown to be one of the largest in town, and run harvesting equipment, truck it to the yard and is processed with a processor, as well as have about 1500 cube covered area. Never tell yourself you can't do it, as I never thought I would be as big as I am in the space of time I've done also. Keep it up mate!

Just a couple ideas. Mount the dust deputy to the barrel lid. Use 12 inches flex hose top of dust deputy to blower. Also get Christmas light remote with 3 wall out let modules use a breakaway lanyard and hang the remote around your neck..breakaway lanyard is vital. Blast gates open gate and drill a hole in back corners so when you close the gate it pushes the dust that clogs the blast gate out the holes you drilled in the corners.

I have bought both the regular Predator generator and the Predator INVERTER GENERATOR..I got many years use out of the regular 8750 generator. It got me through that horrible Texas freeze we had a couple years ago. When it came time to replace it harbor freight was out of the same 8750 generators and only had the 8750 inverter generators. The salesman told me it was actually a better generator. It WAS NOT..To use it I had to cut off my electric water heater, and not use the electric clothes dryer or electric stove. It would stop producing power and show a code on the screen. It only lasted me two uses and the inverter module went OUT. A replacement inverter module is $400..So here I was with a generator inverter that was useless and still looked brand new! If you do decide to buy the inverter generator bite the bullet and buy the extended warranty because the Harbor Freight repair people told me it was very common for those $400 inverter modules to go OUT and they don't repare them.

Hvac guy here. The chewed low voltage wires from the thermostat shorted to ground definitely took out the transformer. Did you have a fuse on the furnace board ? If so, that was blown also. Blown fuse will not power up the board. Btw, i noticed your door safety switch wasnt working. Line power into the furnace goes to the door switch first, then the board and primary side of the transformer.
