I shoot video footage of R/C Models: Planes, Jets, Helicopters and More. Shot using my Panasonic GH5 with Atomos Ninja Inferno. The lens I use a Fujinon HD b4 Lens. Videos are shot in UHD resolutions at 60 FPS. They are captured in 10 Bit Color. Capturing footage of models traveling at over 200 MPH can be challenging so you'll see that some times the subject goes out of frame, and focus.
NOTE some videos were shot with a DVX200, this was replaced with my current setup that uses the GH5 and Atomos Recorder.

Great flight! Especially the tipping wingtip trick! It’s funny to see such a large, high fidelity model wing tip on roll out! Lol Thanks for sharing the video.😊
Great job guys I'm currently restoring one and working on 2 brand new funky built ( Yellow aircraft)starfires! One with OS91 One will have a BVM Nelson 91 And one will have a Rossi 91 With OS9B carburetor Great to see guys still flying the Nitro ducted fans ❤Thanks for sharing guys
The manufacturer of the model states that the 727 could be considered a jet trainer as they claim it is easy to fly for a jet. I have never flew jets before, and I am pretty good with wwii warbirds. Do you think that I will be able to handle the 727?
Ashan! your videos are sooo good! Definitely the best quality RC videos out there! How are you liking the GH5 in comparison to your previous DVX200? I'm starting some tests comparing a Panasonic S5II + 70-200mm F4 and a Canon XA70 camcorder. Having lots of issues with autofocus on jets with both, but maybe the camcorder does a bit of a better job....
This is why I will never buy an RC plane. I could not cope with such a disaster. I am very happy to attend and watch other people fly theirs. Their thrills, their responsibilities, their $$$$$.
You can find relatively cheap RC models. It’s a great hobby and definitely worth any potential risks to the airframes. It sounds like you are around the hobby if not involved in some capacity. Don’t let crashes dissuade you from buying a plane. There are actually free plans online that can be used to build airplanes made of dollar tree foam board. That’s a total airframe cost of less than 10 dollars. Less than 5 in some cases. You don’t need a $20,000 Turbine jet to have fun. A simple EDF (or even a propeller powered airplane) can be incredibly fun and relaxing to fly!
@@aerospacematt9147 "(or even a propeller powered airplane) can be incredibly fun and relaxing to fly!" I would guess that most planes are prop driven.
@@dynevor6327 There are quite a few Electric Ducted Fan powered RC jets on the market. The Freewing brand over at Motion RC is solely dedicated to EDFs. I reference jets because that’s what is shown in this video. I would say that propeller powered airplanes are more relaxing, but jets can be too.
@@dynevor6327 Motion RC Freewing brand is dedicated to RC jets, albeit foam Electric Ducted Fan powered ones. There’s certainly a lot of propeller planes out there as they are easier to fly and land, but quite a few jets as well. Some are relatively cheap, too. While propeller planes are pretty relaxing most of the time, jets can be too.
Got to agree a really nice landing. I'm just putting the Seagull 30cc Peashooter together and I'm powering it with a DLE35 rear exhaust. If it flys well I'll consider fitting a Saito flat twin fourstroke.
I had not flown in a year and was a bit rusty. couldn't do a good bomb dive... too many other planes in the pattern. Great flying plane. very stable and easy to fly.
I'm not normally a scale or warbird enthusiast, but I absolutely love your Stuka. It's obvious that you have put a great deal of time into building it and adding all the little details, such as a siren. And, for me, the way a pilot flies his craft is just as important as how they built it. You fly it with exceptional control and authority. Very well done, sir.
