Replaceable batteries are better than rechargeable, because you can replace them and you're good for a long time with the device, where as rechargeable batteries tend to die (can't be recharged) fairly quickly, then what do you do?
No it doesn’t save the tempo so can’t view it after the round just after each shot. No worries thanks for the question hope ur games going better than ours lol 👍🏻
Wrong flex can throw your timing off and take yards off as well as making it hard to hit an accurate shot. What fittings are for. Grip is wrong. Has his right thumb on top of the club and probably has grip in his left palm not in his fingers. This is restricting the club and slowing it down. I see some other things that could help. What do you see?
Not a silly question atall @shaboob7604 it only works when you hit a ball, from memory I think it worked aswell with almost golf balls from amazon but not with foam balls 👍🏻
My friend told me not to choke up on bunker shots which didn't make sense to me. Every video ive watched shows the player choking up in the sand lol I gotta stop listening to people
Nice to see you both okay… that’s life, sometimes gets in the way! Keep meaning to get down to Starcross as it looks in good Nick. Getting new irons so keen to get out there!!! Go cream first😀
Hi John! Yeah it's looking awesome down Starcross at the moment, definitely worth a visit... let me know what you go for, it's always nice to get some shiny new bats. Always cream first! Gleefully get a round sorted soon my friend
I have found 7 feet behind for my setup is the best option. There are a ton of things to concern yourself with when you are using it inside. Awesome golf is amazing, I just wish there were more courses with that app.
I purchased this along with an MLM2Pro to replace my Garmin R10 which was telling me what I was doing wrong but not helping fix it. The MLM2Pro video download then allowed me to witness where my wrist is at the top of my backswing showing extension. The Hack Motion then allowed me to understand where the wrist should be. What a difference. I am still working on the fix but when I get the wrist flat I can send my irons straighter and longer. At least 10 yards on my 8 iron and as much as 20 on my 6 iron. These two devices have allowed me as a physically restricted senior golfer to maintain my handicap and shoot between 78-86 regularly. The feeling when you hit it right is very rewarding. Still nob the odd one but what a difference. I can highly recommend.
Thank you for your feedback! ... it's a fantastic bit of kit, one we plan to do more content on for sure as it's not as well known as it should be. We hope you have a good year's golf 👍🏻 take care RG
I have an mlm2pro and have just ordered the new hackmotion because I have a problem with my wrist at the top and have been struggling to fix it hoping this helps
The Garmin App and S70 Watch presented me with numerous frustrations after just 1 week of usage due to its limitations in functionality and data management. Garmin App: Shot Management: The app restricts users from deleting, adding, or reviewing shots until the scorecard is saved, making it challenging to accurately track crucial details such as yardage, club selection, and shot locations during gameplay. This restriction severely hampers the ability to maintain an accurate record of performance throughout the round. Midgame Scorecard Save: Saving the scorecard midgame to access shot details results in the premature end of the round, effectively treating it as a new game. This creates incomplete rounds that do not contribute to overall statistics, which is frustrating when seeking comprehensive performance tracking. Flag Location Adjustment: Users are unable to adjust the flag location on the app during editing or zoom in, which limits the accuracy of shot analysis and evaluation of performance on the course. Customization Limitations: The absence of an Approach wedge in the "My bag" feature and the inability to customize loft settings for specific clubs restrict users from accurately reflecting their equipment and preferences within the app. S70 Watch: Real-Time Location Tracking: The watch lacks a GPS ping feature to show users their current location in relation to the course map layout, making it difficult to pinpoint shots, putts, and flag locations accurately. This absence undermines the utility of the device for users seeking detailed performance analysis during gameplay. Shot History Viewing: Users cannot review previous shots or putts on the map layout, depriving them of valuable insights into their performance and shot placement throughout the round. CT10 Sensor Functionality: While putting with a CT10 sensor, users do not need to manually enter data, but this can lead to inaccurate inputs if putts are not registered. The inability to review and edit shot information until after the round further exacerbates this issue, leaving users uncertain about the accuracy of their putting data. Yardage Input: The watch lacks the capability to input or view hole yardage on the scorecard, which is essential information when reviewing date post game. Pin Location Adjustment: Adjustments made to the pin location during gameplay do not seem to save on the map layout when reviewing performance in the app, leading to discrepancies in shot analysis and putt counts. Menu Customization: Users cannot reorganize the order of menu options for quicker accessibility, which may lead to frustration and inefficiency during use on the course. Club Stats Review: The inability to cycle through each club in "club stats" quickly limits users' ability to review average club hit distances efficiently, detracting from the overall user experience. There is the potential for improvement with software updates or additional features that address these concerns. However, as it stands, the limitations of both the Garmin App and S70 Watch make it hard to digest the price tag they put on these products. I've spent over $1100 CDN and feel like all I got was a cheap, gimmicky phone app on a smart watch. Please let me know if I'm missing something here. I can't seem to wrap my head around all the issues I've experienced so far and this watch is being presented as the best thing since sliced bread.
Hey 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙪𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙡𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙨 , I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel
One thing I've learned over 45 years of playing golf is to take your ego out of it & USE WHAT WORKS!! I was one of the first people I knew to carry a 7 wood. I've had one in my bag for 40 years. I also have a chipper in my bag. I was never good chipping with a 7 or 8 iron, but I'm pretty deadly with the chipper & it's much harder to chunk.
Couldn't agree more Barney... use what works for you and ignore the hates! ... love my chipper, it's not leaving the bag anytime soon! ... Thanks for your comment, and we hope your games going well 👍🏻
I own a Kotahi on a Honu putter and would love to use it but according to 3.b2 and 3.b2ii the USGA and RNA rules they are saying it is non-conforming because of the definition for the word concavity in rule 3b(2)ii. It seems that the word concavity replaced "among other things". 3.b(2) - Putters As clearly stated in this clause, a putter grip may have a non‑circular cross-section, provided that, among other things, the cross-section remains generally similar throughout the length of the grip. (ii) A putter grip may have a noncircular cross-section, provided the cross-section has no concavity, is symmetrical and remains generally similar throughout the length of the grip. (See Section 3b(ii) explanation in the interpretations). Concavity The concavity of the graph of a function refers to the curvature of the graph over an interval; this curvature is described as being concave up or concave down. Generally, a concave up curve has a shape resembling "∪" and a concave down curve has a shape resembling "∩" as shown in the figure below. Why is it Illegal?
I can’t understand why it’s not conforming as it is only non circular and it’s the same throughout the length of grip. Many other brands have stranger conforming ones as example the superstroke wrist lock grip?
Just got mine today. Played a quick 9. The slope didn’t seem accurate? Have a downhill par 3 and scoped it to be sure but the watch didn’t change the plays like at all? I’ll keep messing with it though.
Good video, shame you didn't compare like for like shafts. The ping shaft is Counterbalanced which might help with club head speed etc.. I'm actually going back to a regular from a stiff lost loads of distance recently and lots of slices.
Thanks for your comment Tommy... everyone thinks I'm nuts! But for the money, you aren't going to get a better choice for a consistent ball to improve with for a high handicapper. Hope your golf goes well this year cheers bud Fint
