Each piece is an original interpretation of the song it is set to. I use an educational jazz language combining classic jazz, ballet and a little of this and that from my years of dancing. My goal is to help people improve technique, build strength and broaden emotional range. I am determined to ignite the imagination, stimulate passion and provide practical tools to help with the journey ahead. : )

Hi Stephen! It's Masayuki from Japan. I always loved the way you selected the music for your Jazz class. It was back in 1990s, New Dance Group era. I still listen to Diana King version of Ain't Nobody. And this time you have chosen such a hip House music as Brighter Day and showed that you are still there, being active in your sixties. What a bliss! I almost hear you say, ''oh, I love to dance.'' I see lots of famous dance ''vocabulary'' in your choreography, which I loved, and I'm happy that you still do your signature move, triple pirouette. I sometimes do that myself in my fifties here in Japan.

A wonderful turner! It's so nice to hear. And you taught me how. I always admire the way you elevate your knee while you spin and stop at the highest in one leg. It was such an international class, lots of wonderful students from Germany, the UK, Taiwan, Japan, etc, and a great teacher.

No way this can beat Eurythmics' amazing original. This cover version is without doubt an interesting choice but otherwise dreadful. At best a very cheap karaoke imitation. Nothing more.
