Hi, kindly check if you have field level security for this particular field. You can follow the below steps - 1. Setup -> Profile -> Your profile in the org (probably system administrator) 2. Select Object settings -> Click on Accounts 3. Click on Edit 4. Find 'Rating' field in field permission section, and check if read access and edit access checkbox are checked or not. It should be checked.
