Love the video!, just one problem. NOTHING shrinks a prostate gland, once it has becomes too big and effects your urine stream. I have been taking zinc and saw palmetto as a prophylactic for years and still have a prostate at 80cm, blocking the ability to urinate at all All this sounds good but it is too late once grown
I have internal piles its been four years i eaten everything that u mentined .i no longer eat bread or pasta and all those supplement i have used them they were prescribed by my doctor. I still need help they are not going away
