Got a Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator freezer and the power went off for a couple days and now you can hear the compressor come on run for a few seconds and then go off every few minutes. What makes it do that
I just fixed the same problem. I did everything LG told me to do but nothing worked. Then I pressed the cancel button (start/cancel) for 3 seconds and everything is back to normal 😬
If the Kenmore Elite ice maker is freezing solid check the ice dispenser gate. If the gate is not shut completely, ambient air is allowed to leak into the dispenser duct creating and ice jamb which will eventually choke the dispenser completely with ice. Wicked assignment to melt the ice clogging the duct. Once clear check the dispenser gate hinge to be sure the gate is operating correctly. Mine was broke and that probably caused the dispenser duct to clog with ice ending the ice dispenser operation.

Got my LG original compressor replaced. The replaced compressor went out in less than 3 years. Now, the fridge serial# is not in the system when I try to put in a service request.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ! we bought LG fridge in 2021 and the compressor died (ice all melted and no cooling).....been waiting 6 WEEKS (and counting) to have it fixed.....local repair guy says no-one want to work on LG's because they don't reimburse or order/send parts for folks. LG basically says 'tough luck'. He said he observes the squeaky wheels get oiled---getting ready to CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN 🥵
We are just replacing a Bosch that has done 13 years. Annoyingly, the failure is the switch-mode power supply chip in the controller which also took out the diode and resistor on the input side when it went. A replacement controller is far too expensive to justify fitting it to a machine of that age and I have better things to do with my time than repair the controller. From previous experience the pumps start to go at this sort of age (even on an expensive brand that didn't last any longer than the budget machine we had previously and the spares prices were a joke).

the last two characters in my dryer serial number are ZW. does that mean my dryer was made in 1926? I dont think they had dryers then. this is a very poorly informed video
NOTES- If you removed the top console on the GE Washer make sure the pressure tube is connected to the CPU unit. This will cause the H20 Supply error code.
