Don’t buy this I have 2 like this. I have always alerts for birds , for rain… i called them ask them why a cheap camera I bought 30 € it can make the difference between a bird or the rain and the human they couldn’t reply to me that I asked them to return the product so they can pay me back. They refused. Now on RU-vid They erase videos because the products is so bad so they have bad comments. They have 2 choses 1. - block comments 2- chante videos for new videos with no comments.
On my iPhone app I don’t see the my position selector shown at 0:54 in the video. I want to be able to close the blinds 2/3 of the way during the sunny afternoons but I can only select “my” position on the app without being able to define where that position is. So it stops after closing 1/3 of the way and not where I want it to be. I’m using TaHoma by Somfy version 1.19.1 on my iPhone.
Hi @leotheangrylion where you able to set blinds partial way? i just had mine installed and mistakenly assumed this would be possible as with Lutron and other automatic shades. Is there a workaround?
Question: If I am replacing my Tahoma Box with Tahoma Switch, how can I avoid configuring my field RTS and iO devices from the beginning, but instead transfer my Tahoma Box configuration?
It would be great if it worked. Doesn’t link with Alexa despite saying it does. UK helpline is of no use whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
Can the battery pack be plugged into the motor at the same time as the solar panel? Seems kind of pointless if you cant have the solar panel plugged into the battery pack at the same time as the motor.
the biggest junk at high prices. These motors break down every couple of years and cost 500 euros a piece. If you have 10 screens you can go and work for it. DO NOT BUY !!!!
It is not hard to see that in at least three stages in this video things will go wrong if you do this the first time. To suggest that this will work like this the first let's say ten times you try, does not seem honest to me.

Connexoon connects to the internet only via the ethernet cable! Which day and age are we in? Waste of money and the UI sucks! Been using Yale and Roomba range which are connected via WiFi and it works seamlessly. How dated!
Thank you for an excellent, easy to follow video. On my roller, there is a red light that appears when I press the remote controller. (any button). I've only had them for less than 3 months, thus was wondering how long the battery should last if the blind is opened and closed once per day?
I cannot recommend the product. It is not easy to setup and the device must be connected directly to your router. Not all people has a router nearby. Further, the wireless range from the device to the screen must be very close, like 5 meters or so.

At the introduction of thies movie, the handset is not shown on the table of the delivered items for Connexoon. For adding devices there is a handset needed. Is there another way to add devices without a handset?

For the instruction video it was decided not to fully roll up the blind , in this way the steps and subtle movements of the blind are easier to follow. If you install the blind yourself, you can easily set it to roll up completely.
