My body butter goes back to being hard after a day or two even though I blend it really well. Do you know why that may be? I do pretty much the same steps as you
Maybe someone can help me... I tried this recipe and the first batch was perfect but the second I wanted to make a large batch so I multiplied the recipe by 5 and I mixed half shea and half kokum butter and at the end I added some arrowroot powder to help with the greasy feeling and I don't know why buy the batter seized and the oil separated.. Any help or suggestions?

"Try not to 'over-mix' it?" How can you over mix it? I would think that extended mixing would just make it fluffier and who would object to that? All the same, it is a beautiful result. Very nice!
